Hollywood Baskets is my go to place for my gift giving needs. I have used their services for a number of years. I have since moved to Chicago however they are happy to ship their baskets and since I’ve found no other company that compares locally I will continue to give them my business. Their staff is very friendly and attentive, their prices are affordable and most importantly their work is beautiful. They are happy to accept custom orders and have never disappointed! The worst basket company I have ever dealt with. I asked for 4 things in the basket and they only put 1 of them. The girl on the phone apologized that she «forgot» to tell Lisa what to put in the basket. How do you run a basket business when you can’t remember what people want in the basket? Don’t understand how they are in business. The basket looked horrible. Like my kid put it together. I was promised fresh baked cookies and ended up with a box of Pepridge farms cookies from Ralphs. We can all go to Trader Joes or Ralphs and put our own baskets together. I
was turning to them to add some gourmet personal touches. They cannot do such requests. Go to COSTCO it’s cheaper. That’s the level basket you get here.

I have ordered a lot of gift baskets in my day for clients and employees, but this time, I wanted to find a cool, different basket for a new baby for one of our employees. After scouring the internet and looking at the same, boring gift baskets, I came across Hollywood Baskets and was so relieved that my search was over! The Rock Star Baby basket was PERFECT! So cute! I called and found that they would deliver the basket for free to our offices which just happened to be around the corner from them! GREAT customer service and super friendly delivery. But, the most important thing was the basket… once we opened the box, we were blown away! So cute, so unique! Totally gets 5 stars, my future business and tons of referrals!
