I’ve visited this shop a few times in the past, and I can’t believe the poor customer service skills the owner possesses. His employees seem pretty cool, but the owner is a different story. He never says hi or offers any help even though he’s the only one working at the shop that day. He’ll ignore you even though you walk circles in his shop and try making eye-contact with him. I don’t know what his problem is, but its his loss. I found myself a better comic/figure shop where customers aren’t treated like ghosts.

I have been coming to Halo 13 for many years, great place with great people. The collectables they have are really cool, it is worth your time for sure.

I like this place for the figures, they have a good variety and thats what i like. I think the manager read the other reviews because when i came in everyone was really nice. The man was helpful and said«bless you» when i sneezed. lol The action figures look really nice I dont have anything negative to say about this place. Oh! The buttons are 3 $ and thats too much– that is all

Staff is friendly. It’s a small shop. They have figurines and comics. If you are in search of a variety of different comics, they might not have what you’re looking for. They do have newer comics. When I was there they had comics on sale. It’s a great place to check out.

Great customer service! the owner’s have great knowledge of their product and are willing to go out of their way to help out. If they don’t carry what you’re looking for then they can sure tell you where to get or get it for you.

A total waste of time. Calling this place a «comic book store» is an insult to comic book stores. This is one of those places that does a little bit of everything but nothing well. How they make the rent is a wonder.

BOOTLEGFIGURESALERT! strolled in for a peak at the figures since i’m a collector. the Hot Toys seem legit but I dont specialize in those, so dont know. But the Japanese figures like the Nendoroids are all fake. and I question the animé pillows in the back as cheaply printed unofficial goods. I won’t endorse shops that carry bootleg items even if the other stuff are real.

Stopped by to check out the place as I had a few hours to kill before watching a movie at AMC across the street. Not too fancy for a shop at a mall. I walked in with no expectation of the store being really cool or really lame. I felt like this shop offered more to serious collectors, and maybe some kids looking for a cool new action figure but then again if a kid wanted to get a new action figure or video game they would have gone to Toys R Us. I did like most of the displays they had with GI Joe Figurines to some of the Marvel characters like Iron Man. There were lots of cool collectible figures to some of more classic figures that a bit harder to find(for example the McFarlane Movie Maniacs) and also some random action figures that may have been poplular back in the late 80’s and into the 90s. Nice selection of Animé/Manga Stuff and some statues of Transformers. I can see myself spending quite a few bucks here though I don’t feel this store as being one of those places I would have to go everyday. I’ll think of this shop more of a Guilty Pleasure.

So if I’m the only customer in the store, why is it that no one says hi or asks if I need any help? The guy working here just sat his fat ass on the seat and watched a show on tv. Not even a wink or a nod to at least make you feel like person. I asked about prices, guy rudely says«it’s underneath the box». Thanks dick! This store is amusing and I actually kinda like it. But they won’t get far alienating their customers.
