I like this for take out meals a lot. The atmosphere is sparse and the service is a little awkward and hard to navigate on your own. For pick-up it is immediate service and a fast cook time. I always get the chicken shawarma plate. Comes with some good hummus, rice, and a nice small salad. The warm pita is always great, but I’m usually too full to finish that.

The food was not bad at all. The service was horrible. I walked in and there was nobody to greet me, so I started to seat myself. As I’m sitting down at a table a woman, who I later noticed was their only server, came up to me, grabbed a menu and said I could sit anywhere. I assumed she was grabbing the menu for me but then she turned away and gave it to someone else. I sat there for about 5 minutes and a man came over to the table next to me and told them he would bring them out something to nibble on while they waited. Then he turned to me and said the same thing. He didn’t seem to notice that I didn’t have a menu or a drink and didn’t ask me if I was being helped or needed anything before quickly walking away. He was not dressed nicely either, but by his attitude and the way he was obviously trying to be overly friendly I surmised he was either the owner or manager. After he walked away I got up and got myself a menu from where I had seen the server take it. The next time she came near my table was to give drinks to the table next to mine. Then she came to me and took my order. I had been sitting there for about 20 minutes at that point. The place wasn’t very busy either; there were 5 tables seated as far as I could tell. It didn’t take too long for the food to arrive but the whole time I was in the restaurant I was very thirsty and I didn’t see the server walking around at all. The owner/manager guy came out at one point and told a table of 4 that their food will be out shortly. They said they hadn’t ordered yet. Instead of taking their order he just said Ok and then came over to the table next to me and said the same thing to them and to myself, as if he really had any idea. When my food came out the server had to ask me for my drink order again. It was water. I just wanted water and I had already been sitting here for a half hour being thirsty. So my water came after my food and I asked her for the check when she brought the water to me. After I finished my food I waited for a few more minutes but she was nowhere in sight. I had a movie to catch so I just put some cash on the table and walked out. I saw the owner/manager guy sitting outside eating as I left. He said something to the effect of ‘thanks for coming’ to me and maybe I should have given him some feedback on the service of his restaurant, but I was now late for the movie and just told him to have a nice day. All I had was a lamb gyro so I can’t really speak to the quality of the menu since its pretty hard to make a bad gyro.

I’ve been coming here for the last decade or so(my parents more so) and have yet to be disappointed by their food or hospitality. The setup is on the romantic side and takes you out of Burbank despite being in it– pictures, furniture, and paintings are of Greek inspiration. Greg, the owner of the place, always seems to remember my order(a #8 chicken plate) despite my 4 month hiatus’ from his restaurant and treats me and my family like his own. That treatment goes a long way to establish loyalty and is sadly missing from a lot of places these days. The food is fantastic, healthy, and the people serving it are equally so. Leave your passports at home and let this quaint little Greek restaurant take you away to some great food and accommodations.

This place sucks!!! The portions are super small for what you get and they aren’t very good either. The customer service also isn’t very good. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the server wasn’t very attentive. There are plenty other Greek places close by that I would recommend over this one.

Thought I would try this place out with my gf since we both love kebabs. From literally dozens of kebab restaurants we been to, this is by far the worse. Food(both beef and chicken) were extremely dry. Service sucked(there were only 3 parties in the whole restaurant too). Price is way too high for what you get. $ 4 for a spoonful of hummus $ 3 for coke served in a 8 oz glass with 85% ice and no refill Over $ 30 total for the worst Mediterranean food. Oh, and the server literally asked us to leave him a cash tip, like really ?! Don’t go, I promise you’ll regret it. Just get chipotle a few feet away.

This place is disgusting… Had the chicken sausage looking thing and it was greasy and the taste was just bad. The guy at the door(maybe the owner) has zero customer service. Jeez I can’t take the taste of the grease out of my mouth. Never again! I won’t be back.

We stopped by this place for lunch. They had a special listed on the door — the luleh kabob special for $ 8.95. We ordered 2 with iced teas yet somehow I ended up paying $ 37.40 The place is very neat, comfy and very clean and the service is ok. But the food is just awful at the very best. The rice was ok, but the kabob — I wouldn’t feed that to my dog honestly.

Best gyros I’ve ever had, and I’ve had plenty!!! I’ve been going here since I was 15 and it still tastes delicious! Get the plate with fries, you won’t regret it(:

I come to this restaurant often and love the food especially the warm pita bread. The place is never busy and I always get seated quickly. The only reason they are getting 4 stars instead of 5 is they basically ignore you after they drop off the food so if you want more water, the check, etc. you have to speak up or go up to the counter. However I love this place for the relaxed truly Mediterranean atmosphere. I can sit and speak to friends long after the dinner is finished and not feel rushed. I highly recommend the lamb gyro plate — it is delicious!

I found this place while going to school at MUD down the street. It is so tasty and they have amazing lunch deals. I always get the falafel plate!

I give this place four stars for the service. I had been going to this place for years with my co-workers and were always treated like family. If we brought someone new we would get complementary hummus and pita. Now that my company has moved to glendale I really miss the convenice, speed of service and affordable price for good, healthy eats.

I wonder how this little restaurant stays in business because it is never crowded whenever I eat here. I can pick any table, because they are always all available. I prefer to sit outside on their little patio because I want to trick myself into thinking I have escaped to Greece, and I am sitting on the beach!(It’s my imagination, and I just go with it). The service here is a mix. Sometimes the server is attentive, and sometimes I have to track down my server(yes, even though I am the only one there!) But I come back because I really do enjoy The Veggie Plate. It is very tasty, and meatless, and healthy. I am very happy when I come here to eat. They also have ARIS Greek Lager beer, which I tried for the first time here. It’s a nice, light beer. I hope they stay in business for a long time because I always have a nice meal here.

Came here for dinner tonight and had a good meal. We were the only people /table and service was as good as it gets. Ordered the Chicken and Lulu Kebob which came with a Anaheim Chile, grilled tomato & onion with white rice. Chicken was tender and juicy, the lulu was spiced just right. The rice was fluffy and tasted great. Tomato was fine and so was the onion, but felt they both needed to be grilled longer. Had a side of hummus and pita bread which was fantastic. Also had the grape leaves which was my first time trying and even though they tasted fine I am truly not a fan of them. At 9pm place was dead but that was great for us since service was on us through out our meal. Been here years ago and it was good then as it is now. Try it out for yourself if you are ever in the area. Plenty of lot parking behind the movie theater and just a few feet from the rear entrance to this establishment.

For under $ 9 you get a gyro, fries, and a drink. A great option for lunch and it was a lot of food. Not the best gyro in the world but for the price, you get a good gyro and a lot of food. Service was okay but could be better. The place is very nice and also has outdoor seating. Have to go back and try the kabobs!

I don’t know why they let the quality of food slip so bad. I remember better tasting food several years ago. Food is quite expensive for small portions and mediocre taste. Falafel Plate-Falafels overcooked, dry and salty. These aren’t your typical round falafel. They are cylindrical shaped, 1−¼″ in diameter and ½″ thick. The hummus was bland and tasteless. It also had a slight bitter aftertaste. Cucumber sauce, okay. Salad was not chilled, lettuce was room temperature warm. Chicken Shawarma Wrap-Chicken was overcooked and very dry. The bread used for the wrap was not fresh. It tasted dry and tough. The Pita bread tasted, much better than the bread used for the wrap. It was softer and easy to chew. Service-Ok. Ordered at the front and had food delivered at the table. Parking-Street parking and a large parking structure available.
