El Faro Argentine Market

Argentine Products, empanadas. delicious sandwiches made to order, fresh meats, cheeses, chorizos, pastries, bread, coffee, cold cuts, pizzas made to order and more.
This place just opened a few weeks ago. It previously was a smoke filled middle eastern market and I wouldn’t go in there if I was paid to. The new owners are young and friendly and make you feel at home when you walk in the door. They are a family… brothers and a brother in law I believe and they are not above poking fun at each other for your amusement. While we were there the one brother fired the brother in law for not knowing how to work the new cash register but then hired him back because he knew how to work the computer. Really this was all done in jest and we were all laughing. You have to appreciate a business like this, fun, real people that are there because they love what they do. The chicken empanadas were delicious and I’ve had quite a few since we first went there but the star was the Ricotta Cake… every time we have a party at our house we are buying a ricotta cake! They just got their license for the pizza oven so we are dead set on trying one of those soon. If you are in the area, show these guys some love and support and stop in for a snack!
