De Luxe Banquet Hall & Lounge

We just had our engagement party here about two weeks ago and let me say it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we met Harut, the event coordinator, we felt instantly comfortable! The newly renovated banquet hall was gorgeous and all of our guests were raving about it! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable! Thank you for making our event amazing!!!

We signed our contract to reserve the De Luxe Banquet Hall for our Wedding on 2÷27÷16 in April 2015 with the previous Manager, Albert. Albert was amazing– very accommodating, friendly, and willing to bargain. We were in love with the banquet hall, so when the date we wanted was available, booking the hall for our wedding was a no brainer.
About a month after signing our contract with Albert, we stopped by the banquet hall and met Haroot, the new manager. Haroot was as friendly and accommodating as Albert, so we knew we were in good hands.
Fast forward to the middle of January 2016, about six weeks before our wedding. I went on the De Luxe Banquet Hall website to show a friend pictures only to find that the hall was currently under renovation and would not be done until the end of March 2016. Needless to say, this freaked me out– not only because the hall looked COMPLETELY different than what we had signed for, but because the scheduled completion date was one month AFTER our wedding date! I frantically called Haroot, who assured me that the inside of the hall would be completed by our wedding date, but did not know what the outside would look like.
A week before our wedding, we walked by the hall and I burst into tears when I saw that the outside was completely covered in scaffolding. We met with Haroot, who eventually put us in contact with the owner. We met with the owner in person, who explained that the project had taken longer than anticipated due to permitting issues with the city. The owner acknowledged the issue, offered to refund us some money, and paid to have the scaffolding taken down and the unfinished outside of the building was covered with black plastic material for our wedding.
Our biggest issue with the situation was that no one bothered to call us to let us know that the hall was going to be completely renovated and would look different/​may not be completed for our wedding day.
Despite the outside of the hall not being completed in time for our wedding, I do have to say that the inside was beautiful. We received many compliments on how beautiful the hall was. Haroot was great to work with. He listened to all of my concerns/​worries and assured me that he would take care of everything on our wedding day. And he did! He even came up to my husband and I (and my parents) several times throughout the wedding to make sure that we were happy with everything.
Food was tasty and good quality– everyone loved the spread of Mediterranean appetizers. Haroot and his staff also did a great job of executing our preference of having a plated dinner (vs family style, which is the way they normally serve dinner). We were able to hire bar tenders through De Luxe (very affordable) and brought in all of our own alcohol, which allowed us to save money by purchasing alcohol on sale.
Overall, we loved our wedding at De Luxe Banquet Hall. We loved working with Haroot, and everyone had a great time. Our only concern was the fiasco that I just explained in the previous paragraphs (this is the only reason for the four star rating instead of five stars).

Just had our wedding here and let me start by saying big thank you to haroot he did an amazing job with accommodating all our needs and working together with our vendors to make sure everything was perfect. The newly renovated hall looked amazing and all our guests just loved it. The food was just amazing and it kept coming all night long. Million thank you’s haroot your d man.

Haroot is the MAN! He made our wedding experience as breezy as it could have been. Very accommodating with our requests, and blended it all together perfectly. Thanks again to Haroot and the entire DeLuxe crew for making our event as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend!

Was here for a wedding recently and have to say that the place was very nice and elegant. Nothing to special but service and cleanliness of the place was very good. The food was good also and you wont leave here hungry.

Lately, I have been attended a few weddings here but this banquet hall fails to have any significant impression on me as a guest.
Excessive colorful lights cast unpleasant shadows all over the banquet hall; the lower the quality of the lights the lower the quality of the pictures. Unfortunately in last 3 events that I’ve attended here, I couldn’t take any high quality picture.
The food and appetizers are delicious except one appetizer which is Lebanese Raw Kibbe. I love raw meat and I have tried this dish in many different Lebanese places, but the taste of Kibbe here is lacking something, maybe some ingredients.

This is a great place for a wedding. I have a friend who suggested using an Armenian banquet hall. I was a little worried since I’m not Armenian. I honestly didn’t know what to expect. This was the most pleasant surprise. Wedding planning is so stressful but Albert was so accommodating. Albert, a true gentlemen, worked hard to make sure I was happy.
He was really honest and gave me some great suggestions that helped me to avoid a lot of stress. The customer service alone deserves 5 stars.
On the outside it may not appear beautiful but the inside is amazing. There are I think five chandeliers in there all together. The banquet hall is beautifully decorated as it is so you don’t need to do a lot to add to it.
I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret working with Albert.

If you have an event coming up, you need to consider De Luxe in Burbank. Not only is it in the heart of Downtown Burbank, but they have valet parking, great décor, professional service, and amazing food. There were over a dozen appetizers on the table before we even walked in! When the dinner came, it was platter after platter of chicken, beef, ground beef, and fish kabobs. You can’t go wrong!
I would recommend this place for engagements, weddings, christening parties, and other similar events.

I got married at this place in January 31 2014! We had 130 – 140 people in our wedding! I was looking for a restaurant 3 – 4 months, when I saw De Luxe I loved it from the first time! Thank you my friend Anjela, to help choosed the restaurant!!!
Albert is the greatest manager ever! He was really helpful for the whole preparation for the wedding and special during the wedding! We had Moldavian-​Russian wedding. in our wedding we had a lot of traditionals. Albert and whole staff was helping with everything!!! Me and my husband want to say huge thanks for the help!!!
Food was delicious!!! I ttried to eat everything, but a small portions;) julienne is was my favorite!!! Price was affordable! Everybody at the wedding keep telling us how beautiful the banquet hall and how delicious food!!! We had a slide show, the first dance with fog and sound lights! It was so pretty! We was dancing until 2.30, nobody want to go home;)
If I can put more stars I will be put 100 stars! Thank you Albert and staff for every moment in January 31!!! This is great experience at the De Luxe we will be remember for whole life!!!

They’ve got super fun salsa nights and a great dance floor! It gets pretty crowded at times, and most of the dancers are great. I really enjoy this place, and my girlfriend who’s been dancing her whole life loves the dance partners she finds here. The music is sometimes DJ’d, sometimes live, and always good. Mostly salsa with some timba, cha-​cha, and bachata. Make sure you check to see if there is a cover or classes beforehand on any given night.

My friend had her graduation party here this past weekend and I enjoyed this location. She had her party on the second floor. The food was great and fresh. My favorite part is the fruit presentation. They had good service, the staff was helpful, efficient and fast. We didn’t have to wait that long for our car at the valet. The restrooms were clean. The location was easy to find. Nice ambience and décor.

My sister had her wedding reception here last night (February 16). It was stunning and Albert is the sweetest owner ever! He is very thorough when he explains and likes everything to be ready early because be wants it to be perfect. The amount of food that was served was outstanding. You really get what you pay for. Deff recommend this banquet.

I had my wedding here a few weeks ago and I am completely satisfied!!! Albert and Rafi were great in every way possible. The food is delicious and trust me there’s a lot of it! All the guests at the wedding keep telling us how beautiful the hall is and how elegant it looked. I was sooo happy with everything they did!!!

Quite an elegant place. I went here for a quinceañera and I must say it was the best one that I have ever been too. The food was exquisite — family style Mediterranean. The food just kept on coming. Service was great too. Downside — parking $ 7 for valet. Street parking is hard to find.
