I have been coming here since high school, and for the most part it hasn’t changed a bit. This is Chuck’s barbershop and the barber that cuts your hair IS Chuck himself. He does a good job. The down side is that it’s only him working here. It’s best to come back later or the next day if you see a line. Calling is a good way to tell before you make the trip. Parking isn’t bad even if it is street parking. The street isn’t very busy so nervous parkers can take their time. The clientele is mostly the elderly, but it’s not an issue unless you personally have a thing against that. Though I don’t understand why some of those guys think they need a haircut… The hours may vary. He takes some holidays off in weeks or a grip of days. For the most part it’s open T-F 10 – 2 For those that may be interested or somehow care. The radio station is always on 98.7 the waaaAaayyyaaaaaave. I haven’t taken a picture of the prices yet, but a regular cut will cost $ 10

I can’t tell you how much I love coming to Chuck’s. I’m probably his youngest customer(I’m 45) but I like it that way. The old guys that I get to talk to whenever I go in there makes me want to get a haircut every week. Chuck is a good guy that gives great haircuts as well. It’s a one man operation so expect to wait a while to get into the chair. But honestly, the wait is well worth it to be able to talk candidly with the greatest generation. I love this place.
