Charley’s Philly Steaks

Mentendezzzz! The food was good and service was amazing and that’s on the set! I was welcomed with some delicious samples from Mahir and had my food perfectly cooked by some Fedwin kid. As soon as I took my first bite «oh yeah for sure lates» and then I took a sip of my blueberry lemonade and foo lates from there. I will definitely be come back because of the wonderful workers and great food!

The food was INCREDIBLE! Back in the Bronx I used to have myself a Philly Steak like that and damn it tasted just like the East Coast!!! NY!!! Aside from that, the employees were enthusiastic and friendly. I was greeted to a nice sample by Mahir! Good guy! Edwin was a master at the grill!!! Everyone was quick and attentive. Overall A++++++

Never have I ever had a Philly cheesesteak sandwich so dank as the one here. Trust me on this one guys, it’s fucking (fire emoji) And the lemonade? Why, don’t get me started! Let’s just say I’ve never had a drink that put an instant smile on my face until I came here. Seriously. I also met my future girlfriend Lucy right after finishing my meal! Coincidence? I think not.
I think their customer service is A++++++++
More specifically these workers Mahir and Fedwin I think his name was. Two handsome and genuine workers indeed. As they took my order, we discussed so much as if we’ve known each other in our past lives or something. Weird huh? Anyway, I’d recommend Charley’s to everyone and I mean EVERYONE including you, the person reading this right now.

They called my name and I said yes where’s my order and they just had me standing there for 5 minutes and than they asked what’s your name?, like are you serious?

This food didn’t sit well in my stomach. Maybe it was the cheese or it was the chicken meat. Either way, my friend and I both had the same reaction. It tasted processed afterwards. Didn’t like it. I ordered the bbq chicken and he had ordered then California chicken. We both felt it was very processed or frozen. No Bueno for the price. Yikes. Skip it.

Nope, Had the Steak = no flavor from start to finish not to mention it seem process and dry to a degree— On the list of places to avoid.

The chicken philly with cheese fries were reasonably priced and tasted pretty good. The employees were very friendly, but I don’t know if the food is worth going back for.

This person serving samples just petted a dog (don’t know why a dog is inside an eating establishment… not a service dog btw). Couple ordered food while dog layed on the floor. Server (with food samples on the other hand) bent down to pet dog. What type of cleanliness does Charleys Philly Steaks teach their employees!

This is a yummy Philly cheese steak sandwich. Steak, cheese, bell pepper, onion, mushroom, pickle, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, wow. Not done… On a French roll. With a side of the fries. AND wash it down with there strawberry lemonade. Good fulfilling dinner. Happy there here in Burbank mall.

Friendly staff, usually have someone giving out samples if you wish to partake in sandwich goodness. Good food with a good variety of options.

Just place is really good I would definitely come back here again they just opened up a week ago at the Burbank mall I see that there’s a bunch of different locations glad to see there’s one close by definitely will be back

Sandwhiches are good, customer service was friendly, not a bad place to eat at when eating inside the mall. Kinda pricey, but still pretty good.
