I mean what can you say its Burlington Coat Factory but this one is not one of my favorites at all. It was big and roomy but that was about it the selections weren’t anything to talk about. I think the only reason I even had fun is because I found a coat that was a 6x and I was playing in it while I was there. When I went to the bathroom the dust that covered the water sprinklers was unreal I don’t see how any water could pass through them if there was a fire. I don’t know if they do a steady check in the restroom but the only way I would go back to the restroom is if I had no other choice. We didn’t end up buying anything and we couldn’t really find anyone to help us so we just left. Its sad but not only is BCF having less employees on the floor it seems to be more common place at many stores… that’s unfortunate. They need to step it up but as always… Enjoy!!!

Can be very disorganized with prices missing. Sort of reminds me of thrift store shopping. The prices are amazing on some very good brands. Some department is a joke. Be prepared to look for your size in nearly every section, because how it’s marked is irrelevant. Often only one shoe. Always check that you have correct size on BOTH shoes. They are often placed in wrong boxes. Staff can be rude. Today was actually the exception! If you can get past all that, you can find some crazy good deals!

This is a 2star review only because I love BCF. This store however, completely sucks! It’s an absolute disaster. It almost seemed more like Salvation Army than a BCF. The whole store is in complete disarray. The shoes are the worst. It’s as if there’s no method to the madness. If you actually find something to buy, get ready to wait. Regardless of the length of the check-out line, the wait always seems to be longer than expected. I recommend skipping this BCF location & just hit up Marshall’s down the street.

Ok I have been coming here for years and I am glad to have found a new location a little further South on Cicero, in Crestwood. This Burbank location has simply gotten worse, customer service is average at best, but the organization and display of products is horrible. I was there recently, looking for shoes and all the boxes were a mess and on more than one attempt to try on shoes was thwarted by mismatching shoes in the boxes. I can see it happening once, but it felt like every shoe i wanted to try was mismatched. lol. not fun. I will be taking my business to the Crestwood location from now on. sorry Burbank.
