I went to this location… I wanted to return my purchase item and use my ten dollars cash that I had forgotten to use… ro repurchase the items and use the 10. Well, the lady at customer service was being very lazy and said I would have to charge you. $ 2.00 if you want to do that .I was like really smh I have worked in retail before and yest it can be done… I was in a good mood and decided since I live near a nicer friendly kohls I’d just do the transaction at the store near me. I mean seriously I know she could have done it. Smh at that lazy person. So tomorrow I’ll head over to the kohls by my place. Who in the world hires these people?? Worse customer service ever!

Went to this kohl’s the other day, and omg the lady behind the Jewelry counter needs to mind her own business. I was being taken care of by another employee and she just rudely comes up to us and sticks her nose in my business. Then she tried to pull the piece of paper out of my hands, but I didn’t let her. Just so wrong. So wound up going to the kohl’s in Chicago ridge instead.

I like Kohl’s because they have good clearance sales and they give Kohl’s cash. This store is nicer than I thought it would be and is well stocked. The reason I’m giving it three starts is because the parking lot is seriously a nightmare. I’m not exaggerating when I saw the pot holes are the size of kiddie pools. It’s actually really dangerous. Watch or you’ll blow out a tire.

I am a fan of Kohl’s. I think they have good sales, I think they have good prices; I think the quality of their products is solid. I find their customer service to be average to better. There always seems to be enough registers opened, so you are not waiting in line for a long time.

I’ve bought kitchen wear, bedding, men’s-women’s-children’s clothes. I’ve bought numerous pairs of shoes. I love their purses — I love the Vera Wang collection. They have a good selection of costume jewelry.
Lastly, they have a good clearance section — in all of their departments. You can always find something at 80−90% off.

Upgrade!
This Kohl’s has had a recent remodel and it is lookin good!
I’m a total Kohl’s slut and bop around from location to location. Most recently, this location was very blah. But now, it’s sleek, it’s new, and totally organized!
I always come with coupon in hand ready to tear the place up and this recent visit was no exception.
P.S– the bathrooms are spotless and have like 8 stalls. Say wha???

I’m surprised this location hasn’t been reviewed yet.
I have never had a problem here! I visit this Kohl’s location the most, and I leave happy every time. Of course my Kohl’s card is a blessing and a curse. I’m constantly receiving their coupon offers in the mail, but when I get hit with that 30% code, I’m practically obligated to buy something. Because you have to try REALLY hard to purchase something here at full price.
About 99% of the time they have the items that I want, and when they don’t there is always the kiosk for ordering — and they ship free to your house. And the customer service desk is impeccable. Returning items is super easy, and exchanges will be done in two seconds if you have a Kohl’s charge.
And don’t forget to browse the clearance racks — you’ll walk out feeling like a kleptomaniac.
