I just ordered a G Love sushi roll. It says that it has: tempura shrimp, krab, spicy tuna mustard and eel sauce. However, after ordering my $ 13.50 sushi roll, there was no shrimp tempura in the roll. I brought the roll back to complain, but was told there was shrimp(not tempura shrimp) on top of the roll. Whatever it was, it was deeply marinated, red and didn’t look like shrimp or shrimp tempura. Very unhappy!

Our family’s been going to Bluefan since they opened originally many years ago. All six of our sons and their families go there. They have the most amazing food. Not to mention your sushi is out of this world. Last night I had the most amazing seafood chowder there.

This is a walk thru take out«restaurant» on the Burbank airport. It’s the only option on the secured side. With that said. It’s not bad for a quick sushi bite to go. They have a about 7 pre made but fairly fresh rolls to choice from. The gals behind counter are making the rolls right there but they don’t do custom orders. Just the 7 listed on menu. Today I had the rainbow roll and it hit the spot. I’ve also had the spicy tuna previously. Nothing amazing but does the trick AND way better than grocery store sushi!

just got off a plane at the airport I had to wait for my ride so i walked over to this place next to Starbucks, i only had pot stickers and Miso soup but it was spot on the pot stickers were not hard on one side like they are some times and the soup hit the spot my ride showed up before I could order any more or I would have been in a sushi coma… again

Nobody likes being stuck in an airport especially with flight delay. Nobody likes paying $ 12 for a small sushi roll either. But at least I can get a spicy tuna roll instead of greasy bar food, right? Heads up the sushi is in packages and not made to order so if they run out you are SOL.

This pretty much your only dining option in BUR other than a coffee shop and a burger counter. The selection is pretty thin and the drinks are insanely overpriced. My biggest complaint is that all food and most drinks are served in plastic cups and on styrofoam plates with plastic utensils. Come on Bob Hope Airport, this is 2013. How much garbage is this place generating every day? Let’s hope the new construction brings in new dining with better prices and at least some kind of attempt to be environmentally friendly.
