I’d just like to start this off by saying HORRIBLE customer service. I brought my daughter here with me to buy her birthday present. She found a pair of shoes that she liked and so we asked Chanelle (one of the sales reps) to find our size. She took the shoe and said she’d be right back. Then a somewhat good looking man came in and asked her for help. She completely forgot about our request and was only dedicated to helping the good looking man. I just want the manager of this store’s location to have a serious talk with her and lecture her about doing what’s right.

I walked in with my friend and we just get dirty looks for the girls that work there. They never once asked if we needed help they just walk buy us. But they kept looking at us as if we were stealing. Then we went up to pay. And they ask“did anyone help you today?” And I said nope. And he just said oh ok. Sorry. But very rude. I just don’t understand girls these days. We are the same age but they seem to think they are better then everyone else. Oh well guess I won’t be going back there again.

Came in today and the store was a mess! Clothes were scattered everywhere and prices didn’t match the signs listed.
Employees were chatting by the register while a line was accumulating. They wouldn’t go fix the mess all over the store.
Also, when I was in line to pay for some shirts one of the girls said to wait a sec so she could rung up a fellow employee and started chatting a bit more. But there was a long line!
Overall, everything was a mess.

I love Aeropostale. It’s young men’s and women’s clothing. But, we all young at heart. ;) So wear what you love, and what makes yah happy!
Aero is loved specifically for the unique one of a kind styles. The details on clothing really ignite my taste. And then I itch to have the unique style adorned on my body.
For example:
Leggings with criss cross x design on ankles. I haven’t seen this design in any other stores. I loved it so much I picked them up in grey and black. I’ve worn them to pieces.
Recently bought a jacket that is knee length
…with tie ribbons on bottom lower back. Super cute. It can be worn open, zipped up with collar, or with hoodie on/​no collar.
That’s 3 styles in 1 jacket. My words aren’t doing this jacket any justice.

The staff is always kind and helpful.

I love the fitness wear: from sporty leggings, to all kinds of running shorts.
There is so much to drool over… super cute tops, sweaters, sandals and even the men’s clothing is eye catching. The bright colored men’s sweaters and button down shirts are a must.
