I had the best experience ever with this location. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I needed to switch plates on a old vehicle to a new one. If only I could get a new drivers license here. The staff was all friendly and efficient.

My last visit here was uneventful and there was no line even on new years eve. Actually I had just missed it. That’s OK by me. The staff here are polite and helpful. The only drawback is you have to pay cash or write a check for services. That’s annoying. AAA is behind the times on that kind of stuff. You used to not be able to pay your bill over the phone. Now finally you can. I wish they would accept credit cards inside too. Get a kiosk! Ha.

Those who graduate from this location and make a better effort at learning more about DMV rules and procedures go and work at the Encino office.

AAA has always been good to me; from travelling assistance and booking to auto insurance to roadside service, they’ve never failed me. Their rates are decent and they offer a ton of different discounts on things. I used to go see Barbara all the time for my travel needs, and she was just amazing-​patient, helpful, caring and sweet. I recently went in to switch over my car insurance from Met Life (fucking AWFUL company and customer service) to AAA and Jinsuk was unbelievable. I learned so much from her, she took so much time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood every detail. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and really knows what she’s doing. Jinsuk helped me take advantage of as many discounts as I could qualify for. She wanted to save me money while also making sure that I had the coverage that would be best for me and fit my needs. So patient and friendly. Helped me save well over $ 600/​year on car insurance. I love you Jinsuk!

Only positive experiences at this location… I mean, seriously, who wants to go to the DMV when you can come here? Pay your registration, get great auto insurance rates, buy life insurance (and have your medical check right here in a private room!), and get passport pictures and get maps/​guides for all your travel needs. I’ve done it all at this location and the staff is very helpful and sweet.
Huge parking lot which always seems full– but trust me, you will find a space! It’s across the street from Starbucks and El Pollo and Pavilions. Convenient hours, usually short wait times and great service. I’m glad they are in Burbank!

DMV services without going to the DMV Yeh! tranfered a used car in my name and placed insurance on it in less than 30 mins, can’t get any better.

This is to let people know Triple A dispatch at La were absolutely wonderful I was stuck in Oak Glen out of gas. My car rolled on the opposite side of the road I was stuck scared to death. The man on the phone was named Scott he stayed with me on the phone while I was dispatched and got somebody immediately it was dark and scary and he actually dispatch the police to help me I truly want to thank you you guys help in every way you could thank you so much

I LOVE YOU AAA! The fact that you have been there for me all these years is awesome. And that you have a service solely dedicated to dead car batteries. That was great.

If I could give 0 stars for today’s experience I would ! But there were some helpful individuaIs I spoke too ona she was great patient empathetic and understanding. Chris did his job but Dominic and Anthony I’m surprised that they work in this field. #1 Anthony as the supervisor could take more responsibility for his employees actions he was very dismissive and unapologetic he told me he would call me back and instead had Chris call me back. Now Dominic I can tell he’s not happy to be working on a Sunday but he definitely needs help with customer service and I hope that they can get him the right training because he was terrible. Basically I got a flat the company that was supposed to come called me to tell me that they would take about 1 hr to get here that they would call the office and ask to send someone else I gave it a few minutes and called aaa and Dominic basically said something to the effect of don’t call me I’ll call you I gave it a few more minutes again and when I called back he said the same thing now it’s a Sunday I understand it takes time but he went as far to tell me he wasn’t going to put me on hold he’ll call me back so u asked for a supervisor which also said he would call me back and then didn’t so I calls a fourth time and Chris answered by this time he said sorry it will be another 20 min so I spoke to Anthony again the supervisor he again very unapologetic so I asked for his supervisor and I got ona she right away understood and even if she just thought I was some crazy lady complaining she was calm and I felt she was genuinely on my side trying to help I had already changed my own tire but she convinced me to have the mechanic tighten it for me she called back a little late but she was very nice and she apologized for taking so long and I can definitely appreciate that. So thank you triple a office of Burbank for ona and Chris they were great but I would like to request that both Anthony and Dominic get some training on customer service. Moral of the story … Learn to change a tire ;)

Terrible. I used them for dmv services because someone I bought a car from is a member and wanted to transfer the title there. 4 months later and no title. Called and was hung up on by the automatic system. Then on hold for almost an hour. Then, they refuse to do anything because I’m not a member. So very weak customer service. Now I have to go to dmv anyway so what’s the point.
Not only that, the dmv number they gave me was for some cruise survey! Complete bs

I don’t think I’ve encountered a more inadequate AAA

I’m changing my rating to one-​star better just because the fast and accurate service from Alan to renew and upgrade my insurance.

Dear Cory (AAA):
This correspondence will serve to confirm our telephone conversation at approximately 3:00 p.m. today.
Based on the principle of doing business in GOOD FAITH, I hereby hold my ground and would not pay your insurance company, the excess charges that you are demanding, over and above the agreed annual premium payment of $ 476.00 dollars. As I reiterated, your insurance company has been in the malicious practice of stating one figure before the commencement of the policy, and then would add intermittent excess charges over the course of the year. This is FRAUD.
I have had this «hunch» over your suspicious practice over the past three (3) years. In this connection, I initially communicated my reservation on your «intermittent increases of premiums over the course of the year» to your Sales Rep at your Burbank office. I asked, how come you give me a certain figure prior to the commencement of the insurance policy, and then your company adds intermittent increases on the premium over the course of the year ?
For the past two (2) years, I let your company get away with this silly mischief. However, I will now take a stand, and reprimand you on your third year. As a matter of fact, I prepared a manual Tabulation Table with which I monitored our monthly premium payments for the entire year. To be specific, the subject year of coverage that I closely monitored ran from July 30, 2014 to and through July 30, 2015, for which the premium you initially stated, prior to the commencement of the policy, was only $ 476.00 dollars.
To make matters worse, on top of your fraudulent behavior, you even threaten to cancel my insurance policy within ten (10) days or by May 23, 2015, insinuating further that I may choose not to drive «naked» without a third-​party liability insurance in California? Hey, bunch of insurance bullies, your threat is uncalled for, and your behavior is clearly CAPRICIOUS and ARBITRARY, if not hard and harsh on a small fry like me.
Be equally warned, posers, that your malicious and fraudulent behavior will be forwarded to the Fraud Division of the California Department of Insurance, as well as to the Office of the Ombudsman for proper and legal adjudication.

I recently received your correspondence dated April 24, 2015 advising me that my last premium payment is insufficient. Ms. Edrich, you are damn wrong ! For your information, since last year, I prepared a Tabulation Table on our premium payments just for our Car Insurance. I am attaching a photocopy of this tabulation table for you to examine (see Exhibit «A»). As you will notice recorded in hand-​writing, my Mom enters each monthly payment in the tabulation table together with the corresponding Check Number. We have made ten (10) payments thus far totaling $ 476.00 dollars, with our last payment issued on April 22, 2015 in the amount of $ 17.62 (see Exhibit «B»). Our last payment therefore constitutes FULL PAYMENT of our annual premium, which totals $ 476.00 dollars. Additionally, your billing statement dated June 19, 2014 indicates an annual premium of $ 476.00 dollars (see Exhibit «C»).
Your apparent threat to cancel our TPL car insurance is rather arbitrary and capricious, and clearly constitutes Bad Faith. Thereby, I will report this incident to the California Department of Consumer Affairs and the California Department of Insurance.
Please wait for your disciplinary action from the concerned authorities !

Absolute worst. Less helpful than the actual DMV. Called in for some information and rec’d vague and incorrect registration details.
I went to the Burbank location and even less helpful. They said I didn’t have all my paperwork and that is have to return. I go back again today and said I owed more money in which the originally told me $ 50 for an extension.

DAMN it feels good to be a AAA member! After a 3 hour stunt at the filthy & miserable DMV the other day-​which resulted in nothing more than a waste of time (to their defense, I overlooked the part that said I needed a smog check in order to get my registration renewed and tags) so I left empty-handed…I was frustrated and told the clerk at the window «THANKS FOR NOTHING» (poor dude).
A lady next to me asked if I was a AAA member to which I nodded yes and she told me to just get a smog and take it to a AAA headquarters. That’s exactly what I did and it was absolutely painless, I was able to bypass all the bullsh*t I normally would encounter at the DMV: like poopy bathrooms, stupid people, ‘DMV TV’ on loop, and that annoying number announcer.
I learned something here: to pay more attention to detail as I now know that being a AAA member affords me a lot more than just roadside assistance-​they offer SO much more. I’m upgrading to a plus member next time!

Love AAA and love the staff. Always friendly and fast. They move a large amount of people traffic here so if you want to drive out, you won’t have a long wait for DMV registration. They also have a large parking lot but take advantage of street parking if you can so you can make a quick exit.

This review is for AAA Auto & Life Insurance. I recently just purchased a 2014 Ram 2500 Cummins Turbo Diesel & after looking around @ other brokers I determined AAA was not simply the best because they underbid state farm but because they operate under HONESTY & INTEGRITY. I am 18 years old working in the Construction Industry as a Project Manager, with that being said I have had to call my credit card company to cancel State Farm insurance transactions that brokers would not because they wanted commission. I was quoted $ 3500 annually but bundled with a $ 500k Life Insurance Policy it came out to $ 3000. (Don’t expect to get a bundle discount buying term Life Ins. ahaha) Kudos to Phillip over in Auto & Connie in Life Ins. both made the process expedited & affordable considering my young age. If I was to summarize the service of AAA overall I may say they «Keep it 100»!!!

There are many reasons I have AAA membership. One is that before my new baby, Zeus, arrived, I would run down my battery or lock my keys in the car on the regular. Ugh! Help me?
But now that has been resolved and other benefits remain. The main reason being:
I love being able to go to AAA on a Saturday instead of waiting in long DMV lines.
People yell, complain, and freak out at the DMV. Many of the workers seem slow and have even sent me on a goose chase for forms.
At AAA, most of the time, customers are polite and patient. Even more importantly, the staff are helpful, friendly and patient.
Plus, at this location (probably all), they have helpful travel and insurance agents.
Parking is easy at this location.
Waiting chairs are comfy.

My only minus is that sometimes the wait can be a bit long (especially without an appointment), but it’s still good service.

This review is for Auto club services only; I do not have AAA insurance.
Having said that, this place rocks! Huge parking lot, well-​staffed and efficient location for DMV registration — you’ll walk out with your new ‘year’ sticker within 10 minutes of walking in. Also a great place for paper maps (all free), passport photos and other DMV stuff like title transfers and personalized licensed plate ordering (why not? get one!). At least once a year, I either have a dead battery or lock my keys in the car — on those occasions, you have more than paid for your AAA membership. When you add all the free DMV services, it is a win.

AAA is the easy solution.
The DMV is the problem. They’re government funded, and considering the amount of money I sent them for my car registration -$ 315 because it was late, It was late because they’d never sent a first notice– you’d think they could get their $hit together and process some paperwork.
But they can’t. I go online, pay $ 315, and try to update my address, and their website explodes into a thousand smoldering pieces. They take my $ 315, but they don’t send me a new sticker. Why would I need a new sticker? Silly.
A month goes by. I check
again, and it says if they’ve not sent my stickers within 60 days I should make an appointment and go in there. PSSSSH.
The thing about making an appointment at the DMV is that you still don’t know how long it’ll take them. It’s a bureaucracy, so they might whisk me in and out in 15 minutes, or they can hold me hostage for hours. You’re utterly at the mercy of a government employee who is generally unhappy and impossible to fire.
Rather than make an appointment, I figured I’d throw a small amount of money at this problem. To be fair, AAA has all kinds of services that I’ll never use: discounts on stuff, insurance, roadside assistance… but in the 10 years or so I’ve been driving, I’ve only called AAA once. It was for a tipsy tow, but it wasn’t New Year’s Eve, so they turned me down and I was forced to make alternative arrangements.
Anyways, left with the option of leaving work an hour early and paying $ 68 to have a sticker today OR making a DMV appointment for six weeks in the future on a day I know nothing about. What if that day comes, and it’s busy at work? What if I forget? Will my car ever have the right sticker? UUURUGGGH
I leave work early, drive to AAA, pay some guy $ 68 and show him pictures of my dog. Sit in a chair in a waiting room for a minute playing Disco Bees, my replacement Candy Crush game. (Detoxing from Candy Crush, just a side note)
A lady calls my name. I tell her about the sticker. She gives me a sticker. I leave.
Would I love to have kept my $ 68? Sure. But even more than that, I would have loved it if the DMV could get their $hit together so my reg would have cost $ 159 instead of $ 315.
