Upton Discount Appliance

Went there 6 months ago and thought I had really found «THE» place. Went in with a small repair to a circuit board. Did it while I waited.
Come 6 months later and I go in with the same repair needed. Been 3 days not a call. So I call and still no answer on my tiny repair. I understand it’s only a $ 10 job. But this little job will bring me back for the big stuff when I need it. So bummed they are not consistent.
Update: they can not do the repair at all. He said they lost their good repay guy. He suggested I buy a new washer. Lowered my rating from 2 to 1 star. Won’t be going back.

We shopped around before and after coming to your place of business. The big box stores beat your price by a huge margin They also had a better extended warranty than your establishment that covered more at a better price.

I have been trying to get my dishwasher fixed for 2 months now & still when part came in they lost it! Would never recommend this place!

This is the worse company to deal with. We have been waiting 2 months for a part then on the day to have it installed in our dishwasher, which has not been working since the day it was purchased, Upton called to verify appointment but called the wrong number and pushed our appointment back another 5 days!!! I have been on the phone with them to get this part installed all day long, calling then now 6 times total. Again it is pushed off now to the owner and they «are looking for the part» !!!

I would not recommend this store. I needed a washing machine pump and went to Upton to pick one up. They wanted to charge me $ 80 for a twenty dollar pump. I told them I thought it was way over priced and they were very rude and told me thats the price «try to find it in bullhead» implying they could take advantage of people. I was going to order it on line new for $ 20 but found a small appliance store on Hancock that had the pump new for $ 40.

i give them two stars because they usually have the item. but you pay though the nose for it. a part you can buy online all day long for $ 30.00 you pay upton $ 130.00. thats a hell of a markup. found out its cheaper, a lot cheaper, to buy the parts you think you might need online and have them sitting in your stock then to wait until you need them and buy form upton.

Buying an appliance from Upton was a great experience. I did my order and scheduled installation over the phone with a salesperson that actually knew about the appliances and was able to tell me important information about each without having to stop and look things up. She was also very patient with me and willing to answer all of my questions.
Delivery was quick, in fact it was delivered and installed the very next day — even though I ordered from out of state (Las Vegas). The crew that delivered it were two of the nicest delivery/​install techs that I have had the pleasure of working with. They were very courteous and took special care to make sure the carpets stayed clean and that they didn’t damage the house during the install. In fact, by watching them, I learned a few tricks for the next time I need to move something large down a curved staircase.
All-​in-​all, it was a pleasure to work with Upton and I will definitely be back for any future appliance needs.
