We moved to AZ from NY and stayed here for 3 months. We loved every minute (minus the desert heat)! The owners are fantastic! They’re great people with huge hearts and we never had a single problem in dealing with them… they were beyond helpful in every way. The suites are huge, well maintained and comfortable. The prices are unbeatable considering its a small apartment with all utilities included. Some of the other residents are a little eccentric but you find that anywhere. As far as the property and its owners/staff, Sunrise is a hidden gem on the river. We can’t recommend it highly enough to do justice!
