Been going to this jack for a short while but I can’t say I’ve had any problems. Food was good and cheap, can’t beat that combo. The restrooms were alright, weren’t the cleanest nor dirtiest but it was sufficient.

I entered the establishment. I refuse to call a restaurant. A customer was being comped items forgotten that were paid for. I wasn’t acknowledged upon getting there, nor was I helped after almost 10 minutes. The CSRs were present and working attentively. Most of the tables were dirty. I did not expect red carpet treatment but I did expect cleanliness.

Avoid this place like the plague if you ever think about ordering something that is not exactly like they make it off the menu every time. It took me a half hour today to get a Jumbo Jack without mayo and lettuce. I never did get my extra pickles.
