Along the River Properties

«Lisa Fulton» — without a doubt the best Realtor I have had the pleasure to work with and I have friends that were my Realtors, I expect my friends to watch out for me, at the time Lisa was an acquaintance, since then, for the «over the top» help she has been, I consider her a friend.
My sister and brother-​in-​law had bought a house in Fort Mohave, using Lisa as an agent, they called her to see a house, since she was the listing agent for it. They didn’t end up buying that house, but another house Lisa showed them.
My sister wanted me to move down there, I currently live in Las Vegas. I told my sister if she would assure me, when they retire, they would move there, I would move there, she did, so I started looking.
I found a house on Zillow, a third of a mile from my sister’s house, called my sister to find out who her Realtor was and her phone number, so I could come down and see the house. She gave me the number, I called and scheduled a time to drive down to see the house. A fluke of the system, Lisa turned out to be the listing agent for the house, the stars were in alignment.
I came down, looked at the house and several others. Bought the house I found on Zillow and I’m moving down.
Lisa has been so much help, since I live out of town, it was hard for me to stay on top of everything. She has provided so much help, collecting closing docs, coordinating the compliance issues from the inspection, etc. etc. I came down down after closing and found a leaking valve under a sink that had been replaced as a result of the inspection, texted Lisa for the plumber information, she responded immediately with the information, called the plumber, he was there within an hour and corrected it.
In conclusion, if you are buying or selling and need a Realtor, I recommend Lisa for all your Realtor needs. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she’s great.

This was the first time I have sold any properties. Gina was very patient and professional in answering many questions. She really helped me understand the whole process. Plus the fact my home sold quickly. I would recommend her with Century 21 Along the River Properties for sure.

Gina Harris recently sold our property in Bullhead City. Real estate can be a difficult process, but she was always very helpful and courteous.
