For anyone who lives in or visit Bullhead City, I think you would agree it is hard to find good customer service. I called Brian on behalf of my parents when their oven broke and I was blown away by how great Brian was. He went out first thing the next morning and showed up on time! Not only did he fix my parents’ oven but he did it for a great price. Brian was honest in his opinions with regards to our options and I never felt that he was trying to take advantage of the situation. My parents and I appreciate all of his help and would highly recommend him to anyone in the area. Thank you Brian!

Brian was on time, called ahead of time to confirm it was okay to arrive earlier then anticipated, completed the job without ripping us off. Brian communicated with me and my daughter throughout the process of his repairing of our oven, without ever giving us the feeling that we were being ripped off. He was open and honest with his opinion about our old stove yet he was still able to repair the problem. We truly appreciated his service and would highly recommend him to others. Thank you Brian for relieving a great deal of stress!

I own several properties in Mohave county and from time to time things break down. Before A plus appliance repair opened up I was forced to deal with another institution, that made me feel like I was being gouged. I cannot believe not only the price savings with this co but the prompt, honest service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
