Very unethical business practice. They require a 30-day notice to cancel their service. So if you cancel now, you still pay another month. Stay away from this business and save your money. There are many excellent services out there.

I have had many complaints about rudeness from the people answering, sometimes I have called to check if they answer and there was no answer or take long to answer. My line was drawn when they wrote down a wrong number on a very important phone call I was waiting on. Feels like they are in a rush on every call and not worry much about quality of the call.

Terrible service. Our calls are recorded so we are able to monitor the quality that Voice Nation’s operators provide. We have many complaints from our customers of operators being rude to them. When we have monitored calls, we have also witnessed on many occasions, operators who sound like they are not happy to be answering the phones. And we’ve witnessed by monitoring calls, it taking more than one minute of the phone ringing for Voice Nation’s operators to answer calls. While calls were answered quickly at the beginning of our relationship with Voice Nation, the norm has now become over 1 minute of ringing for our customers to speak to an operator. They claim that they are hiring more staff to better handle the call volume, but this has been going on for awhile. They should be able to monitor their own volume and plan accordingly, so I’m not buying that excuse. This is unacceptable, and we are shopping for a new provider.

Terrible. They make your clients wait over a minute before they answer the phone and they don’t send you messages telling you that people called. Missed calls = missed clients.

I am very disappointment by this company and will not use their services. Why I am unhappy? Well, I singed up to their service and chose the wrong service. I called them up literally 5 min after I singed up and asked for cancellation. The operator said that the Accounting office is closed(I called at 6 pm) and they would take care of it /call me. Well, I did get a call but was not able to answer. Never the less, they never canceled me. I called back again 2 times and each time they told me the accounting department is closed(they close 5pm eastern time). Last time I called, the sales department told me that they dont close accounts/cancel accounts on the phone, they only do it online. Practically, they are giving you the run around. Why cant they just cancel an account that was created 5 minutes prior? Why do I have to login, sign in? I will just do a charge back and not sign up for the service that I was planing to get from them. Very disappointed, Voice Nation is not a customer oriented business and has bad customer service.
