I was in this location today (8÷26÷15) hoping to choose and purchase eyeglasses. I had my prescription with me, so this should be easy. One employee saw me looking and I told her the style I was looking for and she pointed out where they were located. She seemed to be in a hurry and had a bag over her shoulder, and I’m not sure if she was just coming in or going out. It was about 1:30 pm. I found 2 frames I was interested in and the one employee in the front of the store pointed to the area where I should sit and wait. In 10 min. no one came to wait on me. I only saw one other employee and she was in the Doctor’s office area. I asked the employee who was still in the front and helping the same customer if I should just come another time, and she said, «You could do that. There are only two of us here.» I asked if anyone else would be coming and she said one employee was at lunch and would be back in about 30 min. That is when I decided I might as well leave. Wow! How do they stay in business? It worked out fine for me-​I bought some glasses online for a great price! If you’re looking for good and prompt service, this is not the place.

This place is awful. I bought a pair of glasses in May and one of the lens has popped out 3 times, I also have a scratch on that lens. I paid extra for scratch resistant glasses and other features.
When I returned to the store last week I was told that I would have to pay extra to get the lens replaced. I believe that the frames are defective but to replace them was also extra. There is no one to adjust or work on your glasses except the receptionist.
I will go somewhere else if I have any more problems.
I also did not realize that they sell you the frames on the shelf that everyone tries on and not a new pair.

This place is terrible! I went in August 2014 because they were on my insurance. The doctor dilated my eyes before he even did an exam, then got irritated with me because I had a hard time seeing during the exam! These were my first progressives, so I didn’t realize how wrong the prescription was until the 30 day return time had passes. A total waste of hundreds of dollars! I just went to a real eye doctor and he confirmed that this guy screwed up my prescription! So, now I’m paying for new glasses!

If you don’t want to wait too long I suggest you go on a week day. We actually went here on a Saturday afternoon to get my fiancé a pair of sunglasses. We knew it was going to be busy so we were just going to browse. We were actually here a couple months ago so he can get new contacts. When he took the contacts exam it came with a glasses prescription also. This saved us a lot of time we just needed to pick out glasses and choose our lense options. The reception was friendly and even though there was a lot of people they was attentive to us. A different lady helped his decide the lense type and even gave us deal options BOGO or 40%, we did the 40% off option. She also used a Sharpie to mark the demo lenses to see where his pupils line up so when they put the lenses on it was be a perfect height for his pupils. They had the lense in stock so 2 it was another 2 hour wait for the glasses to he completely done! Service was fast, glasses for finished same day, a good place for glasses and or contacts!
I gave them a ⁴⁄₅ because they could have used more mirrors and could have more glasses options.

Waste of my life. Terrible service and super long waits. Don’t know why I even made an appointment. Came here fifteen minutes prior my appointment time, and I’m still waiting. It’s been 2 hours now.

The actual doctor is nice, but everyone else are rude, slow, and just plain terrible.

Once the eye exam was over, the lady was trying to sell me $ 600 lenses, YES LENSES. when I declined and asked just to get my prescription so I could shop around she got a bad attitude with me. Then my prescription was so far off I couldn’t see, I was no better off then when I came in. I had two other places recommend getting a 2^nd opinion because of how the prescription was written. Save your time and money, go else where.
