I have been getting my eyes tested here for the past 5 years or so most of the time I’ve had a good experience but on this occasion I felt rushed and and did not go as smoothly as it had in the past all I could hear from the front desk as they were fielding phone calls were make sure you show up early so you can fill out your paperwork although I had arrived early I filled out the paperwork I didn’t get in to see the optometrist until 30 minutes past my scheduled in time remember customers can take their business elsewhere and I have been loyal.
The vision test itself was done quickly and professionally
I guess the real thing was I just kept feeling that the customers were there to accommodate the staff and not the other way around better luck next time. Maybe
