My husband and I have been to this restaurant twice in the last month and we love it! IF you are not a «foody» then this is not the place for you. Last time we went we had a oyster chowder that was fantastic! Fresh oysters not chewy or over cooked, served in a cute rod iron skillet(although small) very tasty with complex flavors and garlic toast on the side. I have had the strip steak both times and it’s been great! I am a ribeye person myself, but coulddn’t resist the delicious bone marrow that Todd serves on top that makes the dish! The leek fondue that he serves with it is creamy and delicious. My husband had the pork three ways the first time I was slightly jealous every bite was fantastic! The second time he had the lamb and I would dare say, it is one of the best we have had in Buffalo! We’ve been to every high end restaurant in the city and this is no doubt a place you have to try. The desserts… wow are dynamite! Todd makes his own salty, caramel ice cream served with a warm brownie with fudgy deliciousness inside! The drinks are different and tasty! The view is unbelievable! There service has been spot on both times! I can’t wait to see what’s on the menu next time I go there! We are true fans! Thanks Todd and staff keep up the FANTASTIC job!!!

Went to check it out without looking at a menu or any reviews. Ended up only getting a drink and appetizer(sashimi which was good) Mainly because the menu is small. It’s apps or steaks or pizzas. From a culinary perspective I give them credit it all sounds great, but as a waterfront buffalo restaurant and a casual crowd I bet they do some tweaking over the coming months. I would like to go back the place has the best view of the water in the city! Lighthouse and all. Wish them all the best(and turn it around, give away some gift cards online for people to come try it and write more reviews)

We went to William K the first Saturday they opened. We won’t be going back. Food was OK very small portions, limited items on menu and 4 star restaurant prices for a maybe 3 star restaurant at best. Four of us were still hungry when we left. This is western new York we don’t mind paying good money for good and ample food, but here they charge Toronto prices. Can’t see this place being open long.
