Our cashier LAQUITA P. Was soooo friendly, polite and energetic! It was during lunch rush hour and her energy for the customers before me and after was consistent and positive. It’s refreshing seeing someone who enjoys her job and makes customers feel welcomed and want to come back! Because of her I will come back and go inside not drive-thru!

I’d never thought I would review a Wendy’s but here it goes: This place is amazing. Hands down the best fast-corporate-food joint I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. I don’t stop by here often(primarily late night) but every single time I do their staff is as nice and kind as they can be and the food is well prepared and the service is fantastic, even with long lines! I thoroughly enjoy the work that these folks put into their job. It clearly makes you rethink how fast-food service should be. Excellent, excellent job!

Stopped by the drive thru en route to work for some lunch. It was 1130am and there were a couple cars in front of me but they had ordered and pulled forward within a minute. My order was taken accurately and was repeated to me. The cashier was friendly and efficient. A minute later my food was handed to me and everything was fine. No complaints here. The drive thru service was efficient and accurate. It is what fast food is supposed to be. 3.5 stars. 3 for being a standard fast food joint, 0.5 for unexpected efficiency and friendliness.

My friend and I were out late tonight so we swung by Wendy’s drive through to grab some dinner. The first time I attempted to order the employee asked me to repeat myself as he hadn’t heard me. Fair enough. I re-ordered the first of two meals, at which point he asked me what size I wanted, small, medium, or large. I haven’t been to Wendy’s in years(fast food isn’t normally my thing), so I asked him what the difference was– in good olé Amurrica portion sizes are getting bigger every day so I wanted to know just what I was ordering. Here’s how the exchange went: Mr. Smart-a$$: «Well, a medium is bigger than a small, and a large is bigger than a medium.» Me: «How illuminating.» Once I opted for the small, I went to order my second meal, but Mr. A$$ clicked out. I guess he didn’t appreciate his sarcasm being flung back at him. After that caliber of service we weren’t about to continue through and pick up our(incomplete) order – who knows what he would have done to it. We went to the new TIm Horton’s next door instead, where we received much better service.
