Terrible for a Starbucks. I stopped here today and ordered a pumpkin spice latte and was only second in line After 20 minutes I finally received my coffee, I could see them making drinks for the drive through people over my drink order… I understand if you need to keep the line moving outside but maybe have a second barista to make the drive through orders, totally unacceptable I can’t comment on if the coffee is subpar vs other Starbucks in the area but I can comment on the service …20 minutes for a coffee with 3 people behind the counter and no-one behind me in line is a joke.

Adrian closes shop early. Thanks for nothing. I don’t know if this is a good Starbucks or not the close early. So they get 1 star for no access.

I don’t think this starbucks follows the company recipes. I ordered a double choco frap and it was way watered down. I talked a Starbucks employee in San Diego that made me the best Hazelnut Frap I ever had. He told me a lot of employees do not follow the recipes for example the Hazel nut Frap uses TOFFEESYRUP. So it seems it can be really hit or miss with Starbucks.

This is the one right by the Regal, it has an easily accessible drive-thru from Transit Road. Okay, I’m going to lay on for ya… I moved here from the Seattle area after living there almost 8 years. Starbucks is KING out there, you can’t throw a rock without hitting a Starbucks. I know Starbucks, I love Starbucks, I am a snob for Starbucks. I had very much taken for granted how everyone at the Starbucks in Washington makes the drinks the same way. This Starbucks is a sub-par Starbucks. If you want a Starbucks with a drive-thru on Transit that knows what they are doing, go to the one near French. Yes, it’s a longer drive. But they make the drinks better. Back to this Starbucks: it’s okay. I always order the same thing and they always make it «wrong». I always get a grande skinny vanilla latte and they make them too«light» as in it’s way too much foam and not enough milk. I know from the second they place the cup in my hand that not made the way I like. The other Starbucks I mentioned, the one near French? They always make it right. I have had many different baristas here, they all do it wrong. To be frank, after the 10th terrible latte from them I gave up. If you can’t make my $ 5 drink right after the 10th try, I am going to give up on you. My husband also complained that they don’t make mochas here good either. Why 3 stars when I don’t like them? Because it’s Starbucks! Maybe someday they will have a different manager who will train the baristas right about making the drinks, maybe someday I’ll come back here. For the time being, I’m just gonna keep going to the one near Transit and French where I know they will make my drink right the first time.
