Every time I’ve come here, I have had to wait a while for whatever I order. I ordered a chicken snack wrap. Apparently something broke and I needed to pull around the building to wait so as not to hold up the line. When I got it and bit into it, half was piping hot, and the other half was literally still icy in the middle. It was a good little snack really, but WTF on the temperature issues… I mean c’mon now… They no longer take AAA cards for discount, BTW. Only AARP. Meh. I still love coollattas and iced coffees so I can’t hate too hard on the chain, but this location needs to get it together!

Another sad Dunkin’ Donuts experience. I just don’t know if I will continue going to this chain, even if it is convenient! I wanted to try the new pretzel roll, so I ordered that with an egg and cheese. Sadly, they were out of them(and it was only noon). So instead, I ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter. I sat in the drive thru at the window(after paying) for at LEAST5 minutes before I got my bagel. Simply unacceptable for a fast food breakfast joint. When I got my bagel, it was drowning in butter. I’m not one of those people that hate too much butter either, I usually go for a decent amount. However, this was even too much for me! I had to wipe some chunks off with a napkin. It was pretty disgusting. Dunkin’ Donuts is definitely ranked lowest on my list of fast food breakfast places after my past few experiences with them. They really should work on stepping up their game.

Pretty new Dunkin on Transit across from Russellls steakhouse. Drive through. Some outside seating. Standalone building. They have a light for the street so it’s easy to get here from either side of Transit. Easy parking. **3 stars for the chain aspect.
