I’ve always been in larger Radio Shacks, but this one is the ‘right-​small’ small! I just needed a small land-​line phone to be comfortable, and not worry about people not being able to, contact me, if need be; and I could only afford a cordless Vtec, but, Boy! does it do the job! The ‘right –size’ small store looks interesting from glance that I took, and I’m definitely going back to browse. It’s kinda like my littleelectronic pop-​in shop; and only a block away, it’s the coolest!
And you know one thing, I didn’t know that I actually needed a cordless phone to be safe, in case of outages. So, I’m extremely satisfied with the find!

Have used this Radio Shack for products several times and always get a quality product. I have also shopped Radio Shack on line and have products shipped here free, which is always a plus. As when shopping on line you will get a conformation email when you place your order, and should get one when your order arrives. The last 2 times I ordered on line I didn’t get the email telling me my goods were here and had to call to find out that my order was in. Also picking up my last order seemed to take a long time and multiple visits to the store room to get the package. The last item I bought was a outdoor security camera and it has great clarity.

This radio shack is in the perfect location! And it has easy parking. Always a plus for me.
This store has been here for decades. And we have come to it for at least 2 of those. We don’t come often, only when something breaks or a battery is needed etc. But, I have purchased routers here (2 over the years), great price on both and the staff was very helpful. Ive purchased a modem or two as well, same thing. There have been battery purchases.
We have never bought a cell phone or other computer /​tablet from here though. Our experience is strictly with the old fashioned phones, modems, routers, batteries and some headsets for land line phones.
I returned a land line phone here once, no problem whatsoever.
While I have never seen the same staff twice here, they have all been polite and helpful.
My one downside is the music from one end (usually some sort of rap, occasionally pretty loud), and the tvs on the other, often playing different channels, which drives me nuts. I’d prefer at most one sound/​music input, preferably none in a store like this.

Why is it that all radio shack employees ask if you would like to buy their batteries… maybe it’s just me or does this happen to you too? And it isn’t just a small pack of 4 batteries, it’s a mega 36 pack, buy one get another for a $ 1.00 deal, and would probably never go through that many in my lifetime.
Anyway, came here for a couple audio/​video components for my TV. They had a decent selection, and the prices were just OK, compared to the other larger electronic stores. The staff was very friendly and pointed me in the right direction for what I was looking for, but I was hoping for some more detail explanation and knowledge about the products they carry. The good thing is they offer a cheap warranty ($ 1.99 for a year) on the video and audio components, so I bought in case anything happens. But so far so good.
