Wish I could give negative stars ordered a cheeseburger delivery around the corner practically took 2 hours to arrive the frys were cold soggy the burger was nasty n soggy and the manager Courtney who is on backpage selling her behind said there is nothing she could do and hung up me. waste of money if you ask me

Called and ordered a pizza at 12:10. Was told that it would be delivered within the hour. It’s currently 1:45 and nothing. I called the restaurant at 1:25
And was told «is your residence a hotel» I replied with «no» and was then told «it’s on the way». Just surprised with the lack of regard they have for any sort of customer services. Never again will I order from Partners. Called after almost 2 hours and the Manager was extremely unprofessional. Awful establishment

Pretty good pizza! The large is LARGE. Huge slices! Garlic bread with cheese was good. It is actual garlic bread, not breadsticks. Delivery arrived at the exact time they said it would. Good seasoning, not too saucy, not greasy. Would definitely order from here again. Worth the money, you’re getting what you pay for.
Excellent option if you’re staying at a nearby hotel.

Bare with me, i’m very hungry as I have not been fed. Called them up, placed an order for delivery. I double checked they had my phone number correctly. Waited an hour and forty five minutes, no driver ever arrived so I called back. They canceled my order, driver told them he tried to call me but i never answered. (My phone works fine, he never called) So why wouldn’t the Manager also call me when the food was return by the driver? You know, to verify. She offered to remake the food and discount me $ 7. So that’s like my pop and delivery for free? Told her I don’t accept, not enough to appease the damage you’ve done.

I’ve ordered from partners many times, usually late at night because I work late. More than half of my orders have been prompt and satisfactory however the other fraction sometimes are lacking. Tonight, James answered the phone (I never remember the person whom takes my order) he was polite, and helpful. Not only did he take my order, but he also delivered my food. I will continue to order from partners not only because the food is good (delivery at 4am is awesome) but because the helpful service I received tonight is not expected at late night hour. Thank you James!

Well this will be a simple review because all we really had was a order to go well if you know buffalo you know partners pizza the establishment them selves is actually really nice for not being in the nicest area in buffalo it has an outside dining area that’s actually really nice it has big screen tv’s and a lot of room the inside is sorta dirty buy for a pizza place it’s cleaner than most we went in to the pick up order area and it feels like a very outdated hallway with a old small TV that probably weighs about 60 pounds lol the customer service was decent the accommodated Us when we asked for all flat wings which I thought was great but they charge a 2 dollar up charge for using a credit card which I think is really dumb the pizza is great I very much enjoyed it the price wasn’t to bad we payed 30 dollars for 20 bbq wings and a large cheese and pepperoni pizza, the pizza was decent like I said earlier but not the greatest the wings actually were incredible I don’t usually like wings but these were made to perfection at least by my standard overall it was decent experience so I gave them a four. Oh and parking is abundant for being in buffalo!

Partners is a definite go to if you’re hungry for something at 3am. My normal order consists of a large pizza 1 topping and 20 wing daily special. Normally I go for mushroom or pepperoni, and always get my wings char BBQ. It’s an extra $ 1 but it’s worth it. However I swear every time I order from there the price increases from the last menu I received, and the website is never up to date with the prices either. So I always feel overcharged comparing the price I see vs when they tell me my bill total.
This location in particular has given me great customer service and always tries to accommodate any of my requests — I’m only a flat wing eater and if I ask for only those, they always have done it and never gave me a problem… The other location off the Blvd isn’t so accommodating for the same request.
The pizza isn’t ever too doughy and the crust is never burnt, which is a good thing. I like the pizza, it’s pretty good and I like the sauce since I always get extra sauce as well, but I don’t «love» the sauce. It’s my after hours pizza. Otherwise I may go somewhere else during evening hours… with better sauce. But not saying I wouldn’t go here during other hours either… Just depends on my preference that day.
Partners probably have my favorite wings and chicken fingers in the area. I get the chicken fingers char BBQ also.
The biggest plus of ordering from Partners is that they have delivery available until 4am. While I live close enough to do pick up instead of paying the extra delivery cost, it’s convenient if you happen to be drunk on that day you’re craving some late night greasy food.

Wings are sooooo good. I got the hot wings and the garlic parm wings. Loved them. Price is reasonable And they deliver late, good buy

Dirty place so is Pizza. Worst pizza ever … Ordered a large veggie pizza, but turned out to be a piece of dough with a pound of unbaked cheese, tomatoes and broccoli. Couldn’t even eat a single bite of it. We just spit it out and tossed it into trash. It’s an absolute piece of crap, for which I ended up paying $ 24 and 45 min back and forth drive to my hotel and 1 hour wait. What a waste!!!

Order Partners Pizza for delivery recently when staying over night near the Buffalo airport. This is among one of the best pizza’s i’ve ever had. Delivery was quick (despite being quite a distance away) and delivered nice and hot along with plates and napkins. I’ll be ordering again next time we’re in the area.

This place got its name when a Pizza & Wing shop turned into a hot singles spot where «Match​.com» types go to look for potential husbands/​wives/​bits on the side. It’s also the only way you can ask a girl in Buffalo «how much Partners have you had» and not get slapped.
What to get: Medium Wings, Extra Saucy.
The Pizza is good, and the wings are really excellent too, yummy. I like the wings better than the pizza. And I love how late this place is open. If you want really good wings at 1 in the morning, you don’t have too many choices, but Partners is a really good one. However it’s in Lovejoy (think, the Third Reich), so beware. I’m being harsh but East Lovejoy is definitely one of the more racially prejudiced areas in the United States of Mer’ka.
I recently re-​tried the wings (for the 17,000^th time) and they were really excellent. I asked for extra saucy, and unlike most places, they actually provided what I asked for. These little thingimajiggies were swimming in the sauce baby. Hells yes. Definitely one of the top 10 wing places I’ve tried in the city and when you couple that with them being open so late, it’s excellent. Partners is one of my favourite late night wingerias for sure.
I like their cool little walk-​up window which is completely separate from their bar-​like beer-​on-​tap pool-​hall style main restaurant. It feels like you’re walking into a confession booth. Not that I have ever walked into a confession booth. Not that I don’t need to walk into a confession booth. Oh dear, I should quit while I’m some way behind.

Always having a problem when ordering from this place. When delivered the food is cold and soggy, usually arriving an hour to an hour and a half after order is placed. (which is absurd because I live a 5 minute drive from this pizzaria so now I’ve resorted to always picking up my food)
Most of the staff are rude when taking orders and tend to want to rush you through the order which results in various mistakes on their end 85% of the time.
I would never recommend ordering pizza or wings from this location. Their wings are a poor excuse for buffalo wings unless you order them charred. They are dried out and burnt as if left in the frier too long.
Their pizza is overloaded with cheese and under cooked. Not to mention their sauce tastes like it’s ordinary tomato sauce and not a pizza sauce blend of spices and tomato sauce.
2 stars only because they’re open late and if you give them a simple order, they actually get it right.

Great food! Pizza is excellent… lots of cheese, pepperoni cooked where the edges are dark, yum! I also love their beef tacos & my husband loves the wings. We have sat on the patio for clams in the summer which was fun too. Partners is always in our pizza rotation!

When we first moved to Buffalo, we tried this place out. We had been looking forward to seeing what the state has to offer in our little area. The food took over an hour to be delivered and the server over the phone was rude.
The food wasn’t too bad. The pizza was the only thing we ordered that was really decent. We tried the fried mushrooms, which was more fried dough than actual mushrooms. Imagine wrapping up a golf ball in paper so many times that it resembles a bowling ball. That’s what we got from the mushrooms.
But their pizza was good so we tried ordering from them again a week later. Once more, the woman on the other end of the phone was rude. After taking our order, we get a phone call from them five minutes later stating that their manager is checking a map of the Buffalo area and that they were no longer delivering to us.
Without going into detail as to where we live, we reside two blocks away from this particular place. Their menu lists Tonawanda and Buffalo. Naturally, we called the Buffalo one. The fault wasn’t on our end.
When we asked why this was since they had delivered to us a week prior, they merely repeated that they did not deliver in that area. If ‘that area’ is a mere two blocks away, I can only assume that they’ve given up on delivery entirely, or that they’re only delivering one block away. Either way, it makes no sense.
While this isn’t a major loss since their food wasn’t phenomenal and we could easily get the same (for cheaper) elsewhere that matches the quality, I’m posting this review primarily due to the rudeness we experienced on part from the ones taking the order.
If you have a great product, or in this case a mediocre product, maybe it would do you some good to have something resembling a personable staff. Just a thought.

Best Fish Fry in Kaisertown :) Pizza is amazing and the Grilled Bar-​b-​q Wings are to die for :)
