M P CAROLL HARDWOOD

I tend to be a bit frugal on some things, but when it came to installing a new hardwood floor to replace the carpet downstairs I knew I wanted it to look great. M P Caroll has an excellent reputation and I’ve only heard people talk about how much they love their floors from them, so I knew I was going to hire them to do ours.
For a few weeks I exhausted Mia and Tiffany while I came in to the showroom and checked out over a dozen different samples to bring home and see how they looked with my lighting. They were always so polite and nice, no matter how many questions I asked. I highly recommend taking samples home with you because there are ones I saw in the showroom that I thought was amazing, but at home it just was not going to work. It’s funny because my first request was the brazilian tigerwood (Koa) but I talked myself out of it and went on to bring home many samples. Do you know which one I ended up buying? The Koa. It’s just so sexy and beautiful! I was hesitant about it because I have a toddler and two small dogs but at the end of the day I decided to follow some advice and «not let my short term problems influence my long term decisions».
M P Caroll lets you use your credit card! This is awesome for us because we like to pay it off every month and we have an airlines rewards one. So we earned half of a free flight to Hawaii from buying our floor. So next time I’m in Maui, I’m gonna be toasting to M P Caroll.
I was a little nervous about the installation. You know how sometimes contractors are kind of weirdos who make you feel uncomfortable? Not M P Caroll employees! They are the BEST! From the showroom ladies to the measuring dude to the installers, everyone they hire is super friendly and NICE. Not a creep to be found here!
