Overpriced and lousy return/exchange policy.
We wanted to exchange a defective item. The clerk ran our gift receipt, processed the paperwork and said we could only get store credit since it was a gift receipt. We asked to exchange it for a new replacement but the store manager came over and said that since the paperwork was already done we could only buy a new one at the non-sale price of 50% more than the credit they just issued to us or he would sell us back the one we just returned at a discount. Uh, so much for honoring a defective item warranty exchange.
Don’t give this place your money… we won’t any more. Bed, Bath & Beyond is a much better choice.
