These are some of the tastiest burgers I ever had in my life. The combo of toppings and sauces — a little sweet, a little spicy, and a little tangy — makes each one delicious. Even the tofu burger tastes amazing. The buffalo wings were alright, not great, and I didn’t try the pizza. But try the burgers — you will seriously not be disappointed.

Totally not worth it! Don’t bother… NOT even a whole star rating for this place. Over priced, over rated. I’ve lived here 25yrs and I could give you 10 places that are far better for Burger. The Burger should be the best thing in the joint. Flavor less and that sauce is a joke. Betty Crocker could probably do it better. The best thing for me was leaving and knowing I’ll never return.

Wow, ordered a cheese pepperoni pizza, came out this hardcore cooked black pizza. Can’t believe my eyes man. My pizza’s supposed to be alive, not some middle aged elderly shit. That shit looks OLDER than my grandmama man. Overcooked.

Get either the kogi fries or gangnam burger. Nuff said! Those two are the best things I’ve eaten from Kcafe’s menu.

Where have this place been all my life?! I finally found the reason I’ve been put on this planet. To eat this kogi burger with fries. The absolute BEST burger I’ve ever had in my 22 years of existence. Their patty is made up of 50% beef and 50%. Wait for it … BACON. If that doesn’t get you then I don’t know what will. It’s smothered in cheese melt, kogi beef, kimchi, over hard egg, chipotle avocado mash, asian slaw, spicy korean mayo, and their special ketchup. It’s a party in your mouth, I promise. And I don’t make promises lightly. The fries are also a winner. Crispy and seasoned perfectly. Damn, I’m going to stop writing now because I’m just going to get another one. BRB.

Definitely try the Gangnam style burger! I order this every time I go, and it never disappoints. It comes with fries and the kcafe ketchup. The fries are perfectly crisp while the ketchup is a sweet twist to your casual basic ketchup. Ask for a side of Spicy Korean mayo! This goes great with your French fries. MUSTORDER Owner said they will start opening at 11am for lunch soon. #40 percent of a good meal is knowing how to order. –AJoieG

It’s a little confusing getting service but once I ordered at the counter, everything was great. The food was delicious and the family who operates the restaurant is super friendly. Worth a visit for the unique food and pairings!

This is definitely one of Buffalo’s hidden gems. The décor is really cool and the music is also pretty good as well. The food itself is AMAZING! I ordered the kimchi fries and the French fries were fried perfectly. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The kimchi was flavorful and the beef was seasoned very well. The real star however was their special ketchup. I can’t really describe it but just know that it’s delicious. The service was great and the prices were very reasonable. We’ll definitely be back again.

K Café is one of those late night eateries that fits drunk people. Their hours are late into the day and throughout the early mornings. I called in my order, and the lady was very busy with other orders putting me on hold. It’s a good sign to start. I ordered the Gangnam Style Burger which came with fries and their special house ketchup. Firstly the burger was delicious. The 50⁄50 blend of beef and bacon works really well not only for the flavor, but also the overall texture and juiciness. There was a fried egg on it which was a big plus and lots of filling condiments that made this burger a must have. Secondly the fries were a bit old and the outer didn’t have the crunchy texture a good french fry should have. However, the flavor of their french fries are great and you could actually see coats of seasoning. Lastly the house ketchup was impressive. To be honest, this so called house ketchup tasted like sweet sour sauce mixed with ketchup. But the overall taste, color, and smoothness of the sauce is appealing to the eyes. K Café is a very good place to grab your late night grub. Even if you have too much alcohol in your system, the food will taste as good as if you were sober. Definitely plan a visit here and make sure to anticipate a 30 – 40 minute wait. It will be worth it in the end. –SuperFoodReview 1.

This place is quintessential in a UB students diet. They serve Korean/American fusion food into the late hours of the night. Whether you dine in or call for delivery the food is sure to satisfy. If you dine in expect very slow service. I’ve had to grab my own menu before, but surprisingly if you order for delivery, it’s super quick. What you should be getting is #2 Gangnam Burger, which is a burger that has bacon mixed into the patty. It’s then topped with kogi beef, lettuce, house-made ketchup, Korean mayo, and a runny egg. All of their burgers are served with a side of fries. Other great options include #4 Pit BBQ Burger, which is topped with pulled pork or the Kogi Fries, which are topped with the burger/bacon patty and kogi beef. So although the dining in experience is to be desired, it doesn’t take away from how great the food actually is. This place can always be counted on to satisfy any late night cravings. The next time you’re in the Buffalo area, stop by and prepare to be amazed.

You will leave Ying’s K Café happy and stuffed! The prices are low and the plates are loaded. I first heard about K Café on Christmas when my cousin was raving about the Kogi fries. My friend and I tried to go the next day for lunch but learned that they opened at 4pm. The café part of the name is deceiving. My cousin and I decided to do dinner this evening and, of course, he suggested K Café. It was very easy to decide on an appetizer since we both wanted the Kogi fries. We tried to order grilled cheese but they weren’t serving that this evening. Our server suggested the K Café 50⁄50 burger and the Pit BBQ50⁄50 burger. The food came out quickly and was delicious. If you’re the type of person who likes to try new and interesting flavor combinations, this is the place for you. I’ve never tasted anything like what I had and it’s so difficult to describe! You just need to go and be daring and you’ll leave happy and stuffed.

This place was very mediocre. Not amazing but also not bad. I would come back here. It appears to be aiming toward the college audience(re: menu/restaurant/price range) but the food itself was pretty good. It was my first time and I had the tofu ricerrito. First impression; holy crap — it was huge. Portion size was amazing for the price(6.50/burrito). First bite was really good as well. I wish the rice was seasoned or there was some sauce/dressing there because it was a little dry. My friend got the chicken ricerrito and he had absolutely no complaints and said it was better than chipotle(not my opinion). Just a dash bit of more flavor would have made all the difference and would change my rating to 4.

Keep in mind that orders here take quite some time to make… But it’s so worth it. A friendly woman is always doing cash and taking orders– she always tries to make some friendly conversation whenever you walk in. The hours for this place is awesome because it opens pretty late(a lot of Buffalo restaurants close early relative to this one). Portion sizes here are great. It always fills me up. Kogi fries are amazing. If you’re ordering these with another food item, you’ll be so full just from the kogi fries! I love their wings(I believe it’s called Asian ginger– you’re never going to taste this sauce anywhere else) and their tacos! It’s so good and it keeps me going back every single time.

K-café has become famous for their burgers, and upon recommendation of friends, I decided to try it out for dinner. Since I am not a burger person, I opted to try their Kogi Tacos with tofu and my friend ordered the Combo(Beef, Chicken, Pork) Tacos. We called in to order on a sunday night around 8 pm and they said there would be about a 35 minute wait. Since they do not have a website, I was looking at menu’s that previous Unilocalers posted which said $ 6.50 for three tacos, and was really pleased about this price. When we had went in to pick up our tacos, the total for each order was $ 8.69, and I was confused and asked the lady on the counter. I agree that it might have been my mistake for not asking on the phone how much the tacos were, but the lady at the counter was very rude about it and said that I had checked the wrong menu. I do not care for the price difference, but I was NOT a fan of how the situation was handled. As for the food, my Tofu Tacos were well sized and 2 were really filling enough, and worth it for about 9 dollars. The tofu was friend and crispy and coated in a sweet sauce, the taco also included rice, a spicy red paste, lettuce, and onions. My only complaint would be that the taco shell cold have been warmed up or toasted because it tasted really bland, and didn’t really balance out the taco. Overall, the taco had good asian flavors. My friends who ordered the combo(chicken, pork, beef) tacos were not pleased. They said the chicken taco was the only palatable one, and the pork meat was not fully cooked and tasted a bit raw. I took a bite of the beef and pork meats, and they just didn’t taste right, and had a weird smell and flavor. Their chinese food combos are 9.99, which I think is comparably expensive so I probably would not try them. I might return to try their burgers and fries, but overall, not a huge fan.

This is a great place that I feel deserves some love. Hopefully now that school is back, there are more people hanging out in this place. The time I visited, it was incredibly dead, although there’s a pretty steady stream of people ording to-go food. I ordered the Koji fries, which were pretty great. Nicely cooked potatoes, meat, bacon, kimchi, and a spicy aoli that tied it all together. I was really close to calling this«Korean poutine» but it isn’t *quite* there. It is close, though! Service is friendly and the owner is charming. It’s open pretty late, too, so you can grab late-night eats here.

After eating at K Café, I went straight to LA Fitness to walk off some calories because I felt extremely guilty for chowing down on a half of a Kogi 50⁄50 Burger with Kogi fries. You know, a girls got to at least try to maintain her figure even if it’s perfectly flawed. And it’s weird, weird funny, funny weird or maybe just funny how I’ve driven by K Café over a bakers dozen of times x two and I’ve given zero thought to stopping in and checking it out. This is one of those places that had Unilocal not exist with its reviews and pictures, I would have never had the pleasure of knowing what a Kogi Burger was! I arrived at the café upon open on a rainy Saturday evening at 4pm. No one was there, I liked that. We were seated and served by a woman who seemed like she might have been one of the owners to me. I should have asked. She was very nice, super friendly and provided us with excellent service. I honestly think she was the Hostess, Waitress and Cook, I didn’t hear or see anyone else working. The resturant is good for groups but it is small and they have what I think is a 32″ flat screen television in the middle for all to watch while waiting for their meals along with a few portraits of their food on the walls and a flower display. K Café offers a clean, simple and casual dining experience. We ordered the Kogi 50⁄50 Burger and the Pit BBQ Burger with some Kogi(Gangnam style) Fries. I was seriously all fried out by the end of the meal and didn’t finish the fries even though they were pretty good. The fries were nice and crispy, served with a burger patty and bacon, bacon avocado, caramelized house kimchi, cilantro and a side of Asian spicy mayo and K Cafes special ketchup. The ketchup was super sweet and tangy and the mayo was semi-sweet and creamy, both were perfect with the fries. I liked the mayo sauce more than the ketchup and I personally felt like the beef was lacking some flavor, missing a little something but it was still full of greasy goodness as was the burger. The Kogi burger was huge and has the same toppings as I mentioned above with describing the Kogi fries. It came with a steak knife in the middle to hold it together and fries. This is why I was all fried out. I ate the Kogi fries as an appetizer. Next time, I will ask if there are other sides and get something different with my burger. A side salad would have been refreshing. Now, as for the burger itself, if the burger was grilled instead of made on a skillet, it would have been perfectly done but it was still delicious, arrived well-done and still juicy. As for the toppings, there was a scoop of chipotle avocado mash, I’m not sure if it’s the color of the avocado that’s throwing me off or the taste but I didn’t like it. I like my avocado to appear bright in color but the mash was a dark green which makes me question freshness. I did enjoy the sunny side up egg with the burger(the yoke wasn’t drizzling down the burger as others on described in their Unilocal reviews) and the Asian slaw was also good, tasty! Every bite was like a flavor explosion in my mouth with the special ketchup, spicy mayo, caramelized kimchi, cheese and slaw. I brought home the other half of my burger and I’m about to finish it now while I watch UFCMMA on television. I have no idea how this place functions when it’s busy and I am interested in trying their spicy ginger garlic wings so I’ll be coming back at some point. I wouldn’t eat here regularly because it’s not exactly«good for you» food but every once in awhile everyone needs a little greasy spoon goodness in their lives! Worth visiting at least once, their prices are definitely reasonable(under $ 10 a plate) considering the portions are huge. Jal Mug Gut Sum Ni Da(I ate well).

Was starving for dinner and didn’t want to cook. I’ve been eating chicken almost every single day so I was craving a burger! Luckily I decided to check what places deliver on Unilocal!Because I came along this place: P I ordered the Gangnam Style burger which came with French fries and it was AH-MAZING! I loved the spicy flavor from the kimchi and the yolk oozing out of the sandwich. The beef was juicy and the pork was filled with flavor! The French fries were yummy! It was seasoned with garlic I believe! Thank god I was home for this meal, it was extremely messy but worth it. Price for delivery was pricey… $ 14.12 One flaw thing about the burger was that once it was delivered I noticed that the bun was soggy. But that’s just something we can’t control since it is delivery! I would definitely order from here again! ;)

Sometimes I wonder if people think that adding kimchi to something or calling something«Gangnam Style» makes food automatically Korean or tasty. I think that’s what K Café thinks. I came here late on a Friday night after spending some time downtown. There was six of us and one of my friends recommended we check this place out. The interior is a bit like an old Taco Bell… but gutted and decorated with… not much. We ordered the friends, spicy pork burrito and the quesadilla. The food seemed to be of lower quality and I seriously doubt that the cook or owners really know what good kimchi is. The«kimchi» in our burrito was basically cabbage wetted with chili oil. Ugh. So disappointing. The remainder of the food was similarly uninspired and really… just a poor attempt at being creative. Also… here’s a big thumbs down from my perspective: I asked for some sriracha sauce. The server looked confused and stated that they only had hot sauce. I did my best to describe what sriracha was but to no avail. What came out was a small cup of Frank’s Hot Sauce and I was charged $ 0.75 for it. Seriously!!! Debes reconocer! Final thoughts. I don’t plan on coming back here and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go try it… even if you’re super interested.

Adorable little place with equally fantastic people. It’s a little chili inside but the food has been delicious each time I have been. Gangnam Fries are AMAZING! Ordered them to share with fellow diners along with the Kimchi Quesadilla, also flavorful but not nearly as scrumptious as the fries. Highly recommend being adventurous and staying away from the tradition Yings menu.
