This is for sure a little Tonawanda hidden gem. There is nothing fancy about this place but it’s a good little hang out spot. Drinks are wings are surprisingly good. I tried the Italian wings, it’s very different but I would get it again! If you are looking for a quick place for a beer or some wings, come here!

The food here is your standard pub fare, but blander. Cocktail wise they are very limited. They can’t make many mixed drinks which was bad for my date since she does not care for beer. I went recently on a Saturday night and there were two female bartenders just staring at the cash register. Waited 10 minutes to get a beer and something for my date and they did not even look in our direction. It was not even busy, there were only a few patrons in their 50’s at the bar. We left and went to the Deuce next door for a much more attentive bartender and a much more lively crowd. Not that there’s anything wrong with people in their 50’s, but I’d rather be around people closer to my age.

Fairly similar to the deuce which is right next door. The crowd is a tad older than you’d find at the deuce though. It was also a little more expensive which I expected. Multiple dart boards and pool tables which was great. I didn’t think it was too crowded the few times I stopped in but it took a while to get a drink anyway which I didn’t love but it happens. Overall pretty good place.

I have only been here once to eat, and as it was over a year ago I will not be reviewing the food. Stay tuned for that review(if it ever comes). I have been here several times with groups of friends when we are going out and just want to stay local. My most recent visits came within the past month, once after a friend’s holiday party and another on Christmas night. During the first visit, my friends and I stayed near the dart board closest to the entrance and the bar. There were stools in that area to hang around, and my friends played several rounds of darts. The only down side of this visit were the patrons at the bar. I can only assume they are regulars and feel the need to stake their claim on their territory like dogs in heat, but c’mon man. No need to tell my friends they’re in your way when they stand next to you to order a drink from the bartender. When you’re seated at a bar, you should expect people to be coming up to said bar to order their drinks. How else would they get them? Unsure. Very confusing. Just another tale of grumpy old men. On the second visit, my friends and I migrated over here because Deucemas was WAY too crowded. Caputi’s was a refreshing escape from the sauna next door, so we all ended up staying over here. Most people played pool and darts, and I hung out with some people in the booths in that area. Boyfriend ordered chicken fingers for everyone, and it was neat that they kept the kitchen open so late(it was probably after 1am around this point in time). The wings were ready in a timely manner, and my friends all scarfed them down(I do not eat wings or else I would tell you how they were). I assume they must have been good, but the people eating them also had a lot of alcohol in them and may have just had drunk munchies. Who knows. Overall, an A-OK establishment. I do not think I would ever willingly choose Caputi’s over the Deuce, but it is a worthy competitor.

Sunday’s during the football games they offer $ 25 all you can consume at the bar plus one menu item. Still in disbelief on this offer however it stands, since I tested it Sunday. It was great. As far as the drinks it included top shelf liquor including long islands if you were brave enough. I however was not. And the menu item I ordered a BBQ chicken finger sub it was great as well. Will be back for another bills game soon with this great deal going on!

Asked for a Pepsi refill, didn’t dump the water from ice out. $ 12 for 10 chicken wings, I watched them change a keg and not flush the line with the new beer. Oh yeah, Sam Adams, blue moon, and guiness are no longer considered craft beers. Stop charging for them. This is a dirty place, bartenders are typical for a run down establishment. Food prices are a rip off for bland food. Oh yeah, if you bring in any coupon 99.9% of the time they say its not valid. I’m very confused how they stay open. Debating calling health board, and state liquor authority. Absolute joke of a place. Devlin’s duece same plaza 1000x better everything!

What a dump. The grime on the bar was disgusting the place just wreaked of foulness. The bathroom was beyond a chemical cleaning. It baffles me that the health department hasn’t shut them down! Not to mention the service blows, waited 15 min for beer so I just left after 2 bartenders ignored me. Booooo booooo to this place

Colleen is my favorite bartender. She is so sweet and friendly! This place has happy hour specials from 2pm-8pm which beats most bars in the area and sometimes they have free food too. I like the separate gaming room as well. Very fun bar.

I usually come here after work for a drink or two because it’s a lot more toned down than the bar next door. Not that there’s less people. But it’s better lit, a little bit more personable, and gives customers a little bit more room to breathe. Oh, and the wings are some of the best wings you’ll get in the area with plenty of different options beyond your usual mild, medium, and hot. I highly recommend this place at any time.

Good food. Service is the worst. Place is a dive and not the good kind. We waited an hour to get a couple of sandwiches. Don’t bother

A dive bar with none of the fun things that go along with the fun part of hanging out in a dive bar. The food is greasy and nasty, the place is dirty and unclean it’s a wonder the health department has not shot this place down.

I went out for ladies night with two of my girls, which is $ 8 for 5 drinks. We ordered Loaded Fries and Spinach and Artichoke Dip. Disappointed by both. The Fries were soggy and covered in something, we think was ranch dressing.(EWW!) The Dip tasted like Onion with Spinach and topped with lukewarm cheese. 3 stars for cheap drinks and cute guys.

Caputi’s is a local dive bar that could use some serious cleaning up. I was afraid to set my drink or purse down anywhere for fear of catching whatever disease might be lingering in the unwashed tables and chairs. I heard they serve food, but definitely would never order any. After seeing how they keep the bar area where everyone can see, I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like… ewe. I was in town visiting for Thanksgiving, and I went here with a bunch of college friends, on one of the girl’s suggestions. Tuesday is ladies night, so drinks are really cheap. The front part of the restaurant more of a sports bar, with pool tables and TV’s. There are a lot of tables around the bar where you can sit and hang out with friends. There is a back room that turns into a «club» at night complete with a DJ and club lighting. It was a Tuesday night, so it was really interesting to me that they were trying to pull the whole«club» scene off. We walked back there to check it out, there were about ten people standing back there, hanging around the bar. I left around 11:30, so who knows maybe the place actually picks up later in the night. I would imagine that people would have to get up for work the next day, but the crowd did seem younger, so maybe there were college students out and about. The DJ was good, playing a mix of top 40s and 90s club bangers. Basically, this place can be summed up as a dirty dive bar with cheap drinks and good music. Looks like a popular local watering hole, I’m sure about half the people in there were regulars.

I have gone here for dinner a few times and found that the service was pretty good. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for service. And the staff have all been friendly. The food is good«bar food», and the drink prices are enough to bring you in for Happy Hour. This is NOT a big, fancy eating establishment. It’s your common, neighborhood pub with a comfortable, laid back feeling to it. A great place to just come in to relax and have a few cocktails with a couple of friends. If that’s what your looking for, give it a try, you might be pleasantly surprised.

I’m not sure how to write a post about this place. So many things run through my mind from the cleanliness to the food. I guess I’ll start with service. I’ve never stood at a bar so long waiting to be served on INMYLIFE… even downtown where the bar gets 5 people deep! Its the place where they serve the regulars first and then when they get a chance to serve you they do. The food is eh… be there had that. The reason I enjoy Caputi’s is for the dart boards and the pool tables. I’ll go there with my friends and spend hours playing darts and shooting some pool.

More than 3 stars would be far too generous for this place. It is a good choice if you’re looking to catch a game or go somewhere that has pool and darts but that’s it. I’m sorry but this bar is disgusting and needs a serious cleaning. I’m all for the local dive but c’mon — it doesn’t take much to pick up a mop or wipe a few tables off. They own most of the space in this plaza and the bar actually has 2 bars(the one in the rear opens late for larger crowds). The crowd is usually younger and you’ll find many«regulars» in association with friends/owners or sponsored recreational groups. It’s a shame because if they kept the place clean it wouldn’t be all that bad. The staff is generally friendly and the drink specials certainly rally a good crowd on any given night.

It’s basically a local’s joint — A lot of Jersey Shore type goes to this place. It’s a cool atmosphere. Tuesday night is ladies’ night. Don’t go before 10PM. You will feel like an outcast. But the people seems to be nice and friendly. It’s not a very diverse crowd. I tried some fried(loaded frieds) from the bar menu, it was good and fattening They have pool tables Age group– 21– 65

Decent place to go for a game ever since they redid their bar room(large tv’s, etc). Pretty average wings but the rest of the fare is quite good. Tuesdays are ladies night so for single guys it’s a great experience. If you haven’t been there before try it out.
