Customer service was OK was very pricey but had a good atmosphere. Cashier was nice I would come here to buy games again.

This is my favorite Game Stop for getting new released video games! I’m the kind of person who pre-​orders all her favorite games and then picks them up at 12am, stays up all night gaming and calls off work the next day! To do this, I don’t like waiting in long lines that take hours to move!

Unlike the Game Stop literally around the corner (near Moes Southwestern Grill), here (next to Subway), when a new game has a midnight release you come in during the day before the release (usually about 12 hours earlier — call ahead and ask to be sure) and get a ticket. The number on the ticket is where you will wait in line at midnight when the store opens to give out the new game. Sometimes they call numbers 1 – 10, 10 – 20 or whatever but the lines move fast! So pre-​order and pay for your game before the midnight release to get in and out quickly! I mean, who really wants to wait long to game!
Staff here is knowledgable of games and all consoles, they’ve always been very helpful with any questions I have, although I don’t have many because I stay up to date with all the gamer info I need! Great customer service, quick, efficient! The only thing annoying about the place is that location has limited parking in this plaza. I don’t have a hard time parking when I shop during the day but during the midnight releases, if you don’t come early, you have to park pretty far which sucks.
