When it comes to coffee, I’m not a huge drinker. I’m more of a tea person myself. But Dunkin Donuts iced coffee trumps Tim Horton’s… so when I have a hankering I’ll venture over to this location because its close to my office. I’ve had a few mishaps here; orders mistaken, them being tirelessly out of the same coffee flavor shots… But because I don’t go often its usually not a huge deal. Another plus is that the line is never longer than 1 – 2 cars if any because it is much less popular than Tim Horton’s. The workers seem to be nice enough, and they have the happy hour for drinks which is another underrated Dunkin Donuts quality.

Most of the time you know what to expect from a Dunkin Donuts. Coffee, donuts, breakfast sandwiches, etc. Nothing to write home about, but quick and convenient. This particular location has to be one of the most poorly run Dunkin’s, let alone fast food places, in America. Due to it’s proximity to our work we would frequent them for a quick bite to eat or drink. At this point I pretty much refuse to get anything from here. Incompetent employees and gross food riddled with mistakes. The list of grievances is long. Although I haven’t been back recently, they were constantly out of product. Muffins and doughnuts were usually stale and bland. We have been served ice cold soup, hot coffee with an ice cube in it was served as an order of «iced coffee», and my personal favorite was when a coworker went on a food run only to come back empty handed. When I asked why he didn’t get the food he told me he stood at the counter for 5 minutes and there were no employees in the entire store so he walked out. I feel bad for the few good employees they have had over the years. Corporate must have forgot about this location. They always seem handicapped by poor staff. Too many bad experiences leave a bad taste in your mouth. The only redeeming quality is the Coolatta’s which I still crave on hot days.

I love dunkin donuts, and yeah i know that people dont write much reviews about it, but I was so frustrated about service at this place that i could not refuse myself to write a review! Unprofessional, Super-rude staff, coffee tastes disgusting.

I’m a well documented DD fan. This location is one I pass by on occasion in the am. The drive through is what I have used, never been inside. It’s fine. They move quickly. I will comment they could use better plowing in the drive through lane, I have seen more than one car slip slide their way through. But always«service with a smile» here.

Ice tea often tastes odd… they probably let it sit for WAY too long.

I normally love Dunkin Donuts, but this location is the exception. I frequented the location 3 – 4 times a week, and every time I went I would order the same drink(a carmel iced latte). However, even though I order the same thing every time, I would always get a different drink and/or a different price on the drink. Seriously, how difficult is it to make a main item on your menu correctly? When they didn’t screw up my drink, my order would take forever to get. It doesn’t matter if you go inside or use the drive thru, expect to wait at least five minutes for your order. My suggestion? Go to the Dunkin Donuts on Niagara Falls Boulevard.
