Dollar Tree

Such a small parking lot… I only go in if it looks like there might be a spot available. They usually have what I’m looking for. For a dollar per item you can’t go wrong. I usually pick up items as I am always making care packages for the troops. Just stopped by yesterday to get a few Valentine items. Also grabbed some dish soap while I was there. Ill be back in again as I hav to make a Valentine gift basket and they had quite a few items.

My nephew’s 2^nd birthday was at the beginning of the month. I am so sick of buying expensive toys that he plays with a few times and has literally no memory that it was Aunt Kaylynn that got him the $ 30 dinosaur.
I came here looking for some small dinosaur toys. I left after spending $ 10 — including wrap and a card. Got about 7 different dinosaur toys — a few figures, coloring books, a mask, a bubble maker, mini squirt gun etc. things I cannot remember.
I also like the little odds and ends. The gardening things are great and it has a pretty decent kitchen section

I don’t come to a lot of these stores, but when I do I end up with things for the homeless shelter. I just find sometimes they have great food or clothing at cheap prices that I drop off later at one of the shelters downtown. They rarely have what Im looking for, or what they have is too close to expiration dates.

This location is normally a bit cleaner than other locations. The staff here is some of the best. Very helpful, very attentive, very quick, and they generally seem to enjoy themselves.

I normally go in this store for 1 or 2 household items and end up walking out with $ 10-​$ 15 of «stuff»… They have very affordable greeting cards, plastic ware, household, health & beauty, etc. I don’t buy food there but that’s a personal preference… they do have a decent sized grocery section (with some brand names, too.). It’s an affordable little store for those random essentials you might need.

I work down the street at LocalEdge and when we take our breaks, I end up walking here to this Dollar Tree. Everything in the store is a dollar or less which is a great deal on a lot of things and something’s are better at Walmart or Target. You normally have to be a smart shopper to know what’s better priced & quality at Walmart /​Target vs Dollar Tree.
This Dollar Tree is smaller than most Dollar Tree stores and seems to feel /​smell newer than the other older ones I have been to. Its not as dirty feeling as the one in Hamburg. But overall I come here looking for odds and ends things like binder clips, small shipping supplies, and some bathroom loofas. All for a dollar. I sometimes go in not wanting to buy anything and come out with $ 5 worth of stuff I really didn’t need, but it was cheap, only $ 1 for each item.
All in all, if I need anything small, I will check here first before going to the big places like Walmart etc. I know most of the stuff isn’t quality but if I get a few uses out of it, I will be very very happy with my purchase.
