While I love and go to the market numerous times during the year, today was, I guess, what other people see when they go to the Market. I got to the Market at about 4:15, since their hours say till 5. I stood at the counter for about five minutes while one worker helped another customer and the other worker was on the phone. I stood for about five minutes till he got off the phone just to tell me the deli usually closes around 4:15. The biggest threat to the Market isn’t the neighborhood, it’s the vendors that apparently don’t care about selling stuff.

Camellia Meats is definitely one of my favorite staples in the city of Buffalo, New York. I remember eating and purchasing their product in my earlier years. I am reminded of the quality and freshness of their products.
Now that I have moved back, I am again a regular of their location at the Broadway Market. Even though I live in Niagara Falls, I just can’t find anything to my likening anywhere else. So since I am often in Buffalo (only a 25 minute ride for me) I make an effort to place a stop on my list regularly.
The employees are always friendly. I have never had a complaint about the quality. The prices are very reasonable as well as far as I am concerned. When you walk in, it smell like a meat market, along with the other stands along the side of them.
The smell can be sickening to one not used to it, but it is worth the visit.
