I love this place! the food is great and the service is very friendly. Ate here for the 1^st time last week and I came back yesterday and today. Their chicken gyros are delicious. Today I did the low carb kebobs and gyros meat. It was great.

Always good quality food. Very nice staff. I had the ½ chicken recently and it was a very good portion and the taste was fabulous. The whole family enjoys coming here.

This place is great! The owners are so friendly! They made that Greek chicken lemon soup from scratch the last time I went that was absolutely amazing. Their burgers, fries and Italian beef are also delicious.
Just finished the baklava I took home too and it’s wonderful!

Fantastic little spot! The family that owns and runs Tasty Spin is very friendly and absolutely excels at customer service which makes it all the more impressive that their food is as good as it is. Rarely do I find a place that hits it out of the park on all fronts, but Tasty Spin definitely does.

Chicken kabob? Very very tasty!
Fries? You betchya!
Baklava? Um duh you have to try it!
The menu is fairly big and there is a lot more that I want to try, but I can definitely tell you that the above items are fantastic and you should do yourself a favor and try it out.

Best gyros ever. Better than ninos, better than bobos better than photos or sammies. Always fresh, always delicious, with the best cucumber sauce. An absolute must go to for gyros.

Very good! I ordered from Grubhub and the food came very fast and was very warm even though it’s not very close to my house. I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh the toppings on my burger were! Usually I pull off the tomatoes when I get burgers from different places because they are white and this place they were perfectly ripe. Pickles come off too because they’re usually mushy and old these were fresh as well. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because my mint chip shake was mostly mint milk. But they had plenty of other flavors to try next time.

My wife and I love this place! The new owners are extremely friendly the food is always delicious and now they even deliver! What more could you ask for!!! PS my favorite thing on the menu is the chicken gyro with honey mustard!

Great menu of family friendly choices. All the food is tasty. Fast. We take home from there frequently.

Excellent food and great experience. You can see the care they put in to their restaurant. Very welcoming and enjoyable. Will be back.

Great place for a gyro or beef.

This place has been bookmarks on my Unilocal for a while now and tonight was the night to try it. I’m so glad I did.
From the moment I walked in I was welcomed warmly by the sweet man behind the register. It’s like visiting someone you know. Very friendly!
Ordered chicken gyros (my favorite!) with honey mustard on the side, ribeye steak sandwich, fries, and HOMEMADE rice pudding. They were out of ribeye so I tried the skirt steak sandwich made the same way as the ribeye would be. They’re so accommodating! Then I see homemade Greek pastries! WOW! Now I’m really drooling. Homemade rice pudding and Greek goodies! Yes! I bought some and now I’m brushing the crumbs off my phone as I write this review.
Got home and everything was cooked to perfection. The chicken gyros wasn’t dry, the fries were crispy crinkle cut, the skirt steak sandwich was juicy, and the rice pudding… My only complaint is that it needs to be in a bigger container because I want more!
This is our new go-​to place for gyros, sandwiches, fries, dinner!
Oh! I also saw a sign saying they have saganaki! I have got to try that next here … I mean, hot flaming salty crusty cheese — my mouth is watering right now!

We drove over 12 hours today from Alabama! After checking in at our hotel I discovered Tasty Spin on Unilocal. What a huge blessing to eat authentic Greek food. The gyros is surpassed by none. The baklava is hand made by the owner’s mother. Everyone in the restaurant is pleasant and helpful. All the food is hand made and authentic. I wished I lived closer. I would eat here at least two times a week. It is priced to do so.

Thanks to my fellow Unilocalers I found this place. Told best gyros so had to find out how true it was. The guy who took my order was very friendly. A gyro and cheese fries later I was so full. I know I should of stopped eating but it did taste real good. Very fresh and the sauce is homemade yummy. Worth the 30 minute drive and when in the area will be in again.

Wish I could give 4.5 they are higher than. 4 but not quite there for a 5. Food is excellent gyro is up there with the best around. Cheese fries are fresh and great. A little slow but food is made to order and fresh. Would recommend.
Update: I’m back and this time called the order in. Ready within minutes of arrival hot and fresh. This place is becoming my «forgot my lunch» go to.

Nice and friendly, great service by the time I got my drink the hot dog and crinkle cut cheese fries were ready. The hot dog fixings were good. Came on a poppy seed bun good picked with celery salt generous slice of tomato. The choice of dog was charred or regular a little doggy dog didn’t have the snap I like in my hotdogs when you bite into it. Fries were piping hot not loaded with salt. I ran out of cheese halfway thru. So I asked the guy for ketchup and he went in to frig to get it. Good food safety.
I will come back and try other things on the menu.

I highly recommend their chicken gyros or the steak fajita pita on special. You can tell these people care about the food they serve! The service is always friendly and I they don’t nick pick if you want something on the side ! Try it you won’t be disappointed !

Under new ownership and off to a good start. Friendly counter staff. My wife and I split a gyros platter with rice and side salad. Very tasty meat and plenty to share.

You know the place you’ve always driven pass but never stopped in? Well, get in there!
I came in to Tasty Spin randomly last Saturday after a beer tasting in need of a quick bite. The restaurant is in a convenient location with plenty of parking, and inside is spacious and clean. I’m a tough critic when it comes to Chicago style dogs and can confirm these are solid. The menu has a good amount of items so I’ll report back after some ‘research’. The service was quick and the employees are friendly and accommodating, always a plus.
It turns out the owners are new, a matter of months in fact, and word is they are spitballing some ideas like offering new items to what they already have. I can’t wait to see what they turn out because they seem motivated.

I think I finally found the best gyro in the suburbs!
Tasty Spin has been under new ownership since October 2014, so come check it out. The service is extremely friendly and the quality of the food is surprisingly good. My boyfriend and I shared the gyro sandwich and a kabob sandwich, both of which were really good. We even enjoyed the fries which were served hot and crispy. Will definitely return to try more of their delicious menu offerings.
