Awful place… do not bother. Took my 2 boys 4 & 6 here for quick haircuts. Not sure if the girl didn’t speak English or just mute. Completely ignored what I said the entire time she cut my kids hair! Literally didn’t acknowledge anything I said. I stopped the haircut mid cut and we left. Ridiculous. Never ever again. I had to go get their haircuts somewhere else to fix the screwed up choppy cuts! They desperately need of train on communication skills and how to cut hair! My boys left looking like characters in the movie Dumb & Dumber… embarrassing.

Horrible experience! Just lost a family of 4 boys business. They made us sit and there and wait because we didn’t check in online. Their reason was that they were waiting on the people that checked in online, mind you, they are not even in the store yet! WE are waiting while they are NOT cutting hair waiting on online check ins to come in. Rude, disrespectful, your policy stinks, making me, my 8, 6 and 2 year old sit and wait, while you wait for online check ins to arrive. I will never be going to a Great Clips again ever! Went to the Hair Cuttery half a mile away and they now have 4 new customers a month.

Not going to this place ever. I used to go to this place despite its subpar experience as its right opposite me. Last time when I complained that they did a lousy job with my son last time, the manager there asked me why I don’t go to other place then, so that’s what I am doing now. A friend of mine has similar experience there. The staff there is not only bad in there job, they are rude and unprofessional.

I’ve been bringing my young son here for a couple years now to get his hair-​cuts. We’re always helped pretty quickly, I think the longest we’ve ever had to wait is like 20 minutes. You don’t really see the same people here for very long, I suspect this is more of a «starting» job. Out of the maybe 8 times we’ve been here, he’s only gotten one questionable cut — other than that they were all pretty good!
