If I could give a lower score I would. About ½ the time they do not have what you want at 7am Not the managers fault. She orders but does not get what she orders. It is the owners fault because he does not care. Does no good to complain. he does not listen or does not care or both

I used to frequent this Dunkin location when it was under better management with efficient service. Now they are understaffed and coffee and food quality have declined. I go to other DD locations.

This is the location I was looking for, next to the car wash and near the train tracks! When Dunkin Donuts used to offer a $ 1 small latte, I would always order with Starbucks-like precision, a small iced caramel latte, light ice(so the ice doesn’t melt and make it more watery), extra caramel(the young lady who would take my order all the time would put the perfect amount of caramel), whole mlk(to make it taste richer), and whipped cream. And she was super-friendly, answered all my questions, and made it perfect. She went above and beyond. Not the customer service I would expect and ever get from a huge chain like this. I found dunkin donut’s caramel lattes to be amazing. And I would normally dislike chains like Dunkin Donuts, but I was very impressed with the service and the latte at this location. Look on your receipt for the free donut survey, too, although I think DD’s ingredient list is filled with strange additives

Been here twice now and both times only 1 employee working with line of at least 8 people… too long of a wait for crappy coffee.

I didn’t get the«special» donut I bought, two extra large coffees instead, and no cream in my Boston Cream. Oh, and no receipt for my purchase, checking my bank account to be sure I wasn’t over charged.

Terrible experience. Given it was a Sunday morning, this is the only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of one. First, this place is WAY too small for the area in which it is responsible for. Secondly, the staff was too busy talking to receive an order. After telling the«donut grabber» what I wanted three times and having to hold up the number of fingers I wanted for my donuts and pointing at exactly which ones I wanted I finally got what I asked for. The cashier charged me before I even ordered and asked if I was with the guy who was yelling his order from behind me. Pretty much this place needs to be more organized and the staff needs to be more attentive if they’re going to run such a small Dunkin Donuts in this area.
