Worst Dunkin Donuts on the planet avoid at all cost the smelly 500lb owner is the biggest asshole — I won’t go into detail about what happened cause it’s too absurd and you wouldn’t believe me if I told you anyway. I’ve contacted corporate and we’ll see what they say…

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Stopped there one afternoon for coffee. They are very slow. I asked the girl at the drive thru to throw out a water bottle. She refused telling me she didn’t have a garbage cans in the back. I question her further she refused. I filled out the surgery on the receipt. The manager called and offered me a free coffee. I’m not returning to this location ever. Rude employees

I’ve been coming to this location everyday that I work, for the past 5 months. I order the same thing every single time: an egg & cheese on a plain bagel with a large black coffee with sugar. I see the same man in the drive-thru window every single time too. Today, like every other day, he handed me a bag & my drink. Only this time, they have given me some seeded bagel with a disgusting, stinky cream cheese with chunks of peppers & onions, which I’m allergic to, so I couldn’t even eat it. I tried to fill out an online survey regarding their service via their app, but I never received my receipt, so I can’t even tell corporate about my shitty experience. I’m furious, because now I have to start my 13-hour work day without breakfast. Awesome. Thanks for ruining my day.

Bad customer service and store doesn’t accept coupons that any other DD would. This store must survive on people who see the DD name but haven’t experience the disregard for customers. With a DD every 10 feet why would you bother? Matter of fact there are at least two within 3 miles that seem to value customers.

This Dunkin needs a new manager and a new owner STAT! I’ll save the more lengthy descriptions for the health department. There’s a MUCH better Dunkin right around the corner on Arlington Heights Rd. and Lake Cook. GOTHERE, NOTHERE!

First time ever at a DD. I hope they aren’t all this way. I was rushed through the line to order, which was unfortunate for me since I was still perusing their menu. Ordered a bacon breakfast wrap and a medium latte. The wrap was absolutely tiny, but only $ 1.49. Guess in my haste of ordering, I didn’t notice that. The latte was absolutely disgusting. Too bad I didn’t get to actually try it until further down the road because it was so hot(which is usually a good thing). If I could give this a zero star rating, I would. Drive right by this place and go to your nearest local coffee shop. Support your local business owners.

Well run dunkin that was fast and polite. It was clean and everything tastes good and was up to par. Nothing I could complain about.

I ordered cappuccino(should be espresso with foam milk) they gave me burned coffee from dropping machine with milk 30% coffee 70%milk, FYI this is late. Stay away from that place. I had to stop in another location to get good coffee that taste like coffee.

This place is ridiculous. They do whatever they can to avoid accepting a coupon. Their«store policies» are made up to avoid them having to take it. They first won’t accept my coupon. Then they needed a second set of proof on top of the dated game card that we went to the Bulls game to give out a free bagel. Their store policy is to keep the Bulls ticket too. The manager gets on the phone and reconfirms the policy. There is a great donut place around the corner that will get my business from now on. Another Dunkin Donuts was happy to accept the coupon by the way with no made up policies!

This place is on my way to work. Stopped by this morning to grab coffee and breakfast. I’ll take the #1 I tell the speaker. «Sorry, but we don’t have any donuts today. We have muffins.» WTF isn’t that part of your name? It’s not Dunkin Muffins. Good thing I saw another doughnut place just around the corner. Next time I have a craving for doughnuts on the way to work I’ll stop by the spunky dunkers.

This is the DD closest to my house so I’ll visit here on the weekends when I’m craving some DD coffee. The space inside the store isn’t very large and there is only one or two tables so it’s not really a great place to sit and enjoy your cup of joe. I’ve always had quick service but sometimes the cashier is not very friendly. I could maybe understand if they were really busy and trying to get the orders very quickly but on the weekends there is usually not a line. The coffee I’ve had is very good though. The parking lot is a little strange and I suggest paying a lot of attention when you are trying to back out because there are a few entrances where people come flying in.

Received a bunch of coupons in the mail from Dunkin Donuts including one for a free large coffee… SCORE!!! Stopped here and waited in the drive thru line for close to 10 minutes. When I got to the window I was going to give my coupon to the man(owner??), but he was quick to inform me, «We don’t participate». Huh?!! He said, «See it says Chicago area… we don’t participate». Ummm, okay… keep your coffee. There is a McDonalds a block away that has a large coffee for $ 1! Over the years I have frequented this DD a number of times. At one point I was a regular here. This just makes me mad that all of the homes within a one mile radius of this place are receiving the DD coupons and then being told they can’t use them at their local DD. It makes no sense! I will NEVER go to this DD again. There is also another donut shop around the corner now which I would prefer to go to anyways for the 2 times a year I actually feel like eating a donut. Later that day I went to a Dunkin Donuts in Roselle and asked about my coupon before placing my coffee order. The man there didn’t even look at my coupon before saying, «Yes, yes… we take all coupons!» Fast service with a smile! Much better. That’s how it should be!

while i was driving to work this morning, b96 was talking about the new dunkin donuts breakfast specials in the chicagoland area. 99c for about 6 items i think. sounded tempting, and since i pass a DD on my way to work, i decided i’d give it a try. afterall, i did wake up starving. there were 2 cars ahead of me, but from putting in my order to driving away, i think it only took about 5mins. nice and speedy! i ordered the sausage/egg/cheese wrap and hash browns. my order came to $ 2.18. the wrap was alright, but kinda had that frozen/thawed/warmed watery taste to it. but for 99c, not bad. the hash browns were quite tasty though! looks like there are specks of herbs in it, which gives a nice savory flavor as opposed to just fried potato flavor. so for $ 2.18 i was quite full. i’ll still stick to my starbucks chai, but may just stop by DD for these breakfast specials more often.
