Horrible service! You go to the drive up to get in and out quick not at this location. The drive up can be completely empty and you are still waiting a long time for a teller to come up, once they do its takes another 20min to do a simple deposit because instead of finishing your transaction first they attend customers in the lobby who arrived AFTER you did. The last time I came to this location I wanted to withdrawal some money but since I had opened my account online I needed to setup a signature card so I said I would go ahead and do it and the female«supervisor» said no one was available if I could come back in like 2 hours or so I told her no I can’t and asked her if she could do it and she looked at me(already had a attitude) said NO! she wasn’t doing anything anyways. So I left very pissed off. I went to their other location some miles down the road and the service there was EXCELLENT nothing compare to the«customer service» at this location. Don’t go to this location unless you have a hour or so to spare to wait to be attended.

Customer service does NOT exist at this bank. The only way to get help is by asking the TELLERS. If you ask the«greeter», she is clueless. The Managers do nothing but cover up inept employee mistakes. One more time and our accounts go elsewhere.

I like to refer to the period of my life when I was a TCF customer as «the dark ages». After my split from the chain due to irreconcilable differences, I was on the pursuit of being a groupie for a different bank. I consulted with my people and decided that Bank of America would be the right bank to join, not to mention that their«optional» debit/credit card designs are just too cute to resist. There’s Hello Kitty, Mountains, panda bears, GUHHH. I found many perks with being a customer here as well as some new things to get used to. I also thought it was wickedly cool that after i downloaded the bank of america app on my phone, i was able to take a picture of my check and POOF! it would magically appear on my statement. Talk about banking of the future… This particular chain that I have been visiting for the past years is amazing. The customer service is spot on and I have never met such nice and helpful staff members. The issues that I’ve had here have always been resolved, and the staff was more than willing to explain and help me understand why something happened and how it was fixed, and my past issued have ALWAYSBEENRESOLVED. Total 180 compared to TCF. Think North Korea’s dictatorial oppressiveness and South Korea’s progressive modern democracy. Sometimes you have to wait a bit to get seen by a representative, but hey, that’s all banks and it doesn’t take too long(like 10−15min tops). After i’m done«making it rain» I pick all them $$ up and take them over to Bank of America. ALWAYS.
