Customer service is great, been coming to this place for about two years. I highly recommend the seaweed soup!

I love the variety of meats that are available to you and also that you get to have your own helping of meats and that it is buffet style. The refillable drinks are a plus and also the service is very fast and friendly. Nice clean place. Food is delicious. If you like Korean BBQ I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that likes Korean BBQ.

I loved everything. Everything I tried was as good as my moms cooking. The spinach was even better than my moms Price was really cheap and well worth it Only 2 complaints no short ribs and I didn’t care for the liver but that’s my own dumb fault for trying liver Service was great, the changed out our grill way before I thought it needed it. They were extremely friendly to my kids especially the baby who made a huge mess

My girlfriend, my family and I came here for lunch on Monday. This is like any typical Korean BBQ buffet place. Choice of meats are good. Side dishes are good too. But for the $ 12.99 price tag it’s very low quality food.

Despite my friend throwing up on the bathroom because he ate chicken that was sitting out too long(go when it’s busy so they put out fresh meat) I had a good time. Always stick with the beefs. The buffet style is awesome idea. Always show up with all my friends for a good cheap large amount of food. 15 dollar make you holla!

Despite how cheap this place may be, its not worth it because it’s dirty. The tables are sticky and the meat is dry. I would recommend going elsewhere

This place is alright. They have plenty of meat to choose from and side dishes. The service is great! They are very friendly. What took out one star is that their ice cream is in the freezer and you have to scoop it out by yourself… You know how that goes, very dirty and unsanitary.

So I always am hesitant when it comes to buffets. However, this was pretty good. They had lots of choices, however I’d agree with another reviewer that their seafood options are really limited(I think they only had shrimp and squid the night we ate there). It was very clean and they changed the cooking grills often. The only thing I wished they did was label all the food options. Only some had signs, so I passed stuff up because I didn’t know what it was. They are reasonably priced so I’d come back again for sure.

Reasonable price. Lots of meat selection but not so much for seafood. They have shrimp but so tiny and clams for their seafood. They don’t serve plain white rice, only fried. The service is OK. I feel like they’re rushing us. Lol but all in all, it was good.

Recently found out about this spot and I’ve been here twice so far. The price is so cheap and you get a lot of food choices! Great service, everyone is always smiling and so kind. Overall, I had a great experience both times and this will be my new spot!

I love this place because you don’t have to keep asking what kind of meat you want. You go and get it yourself and also with the sides. They keep refilling your drinks here. They have very good meats selections here and the rice paper is my favorite!!! Very big with a lot of seating and I’m glad I found this place and it’s very cheap

I base my 4 star on these simple categories: Service = very friendly and courteous 1 star. Cleanliness = very clean and bright to not hide anything. The one area that took this star away was the restroom, it was a mess. From my experience in restaurants, when a place has a lack of care for the restrooms it a small example of their back kitchen. Value = $ 14.99 for dinner buffet style KBBQ, you grab your own meat and as much = 1 Star Quality = for the price very reasonable. Shaved meats don’t look a mess nor is too frozen that it’s clumped up, 1 Star Variety = So many items to choose from. From different meats to a variety of sides this is worth more then one but on this scale 1 star So this is my 4 stars I give this place and will continue to patronize this establishment.

Long hail Pinehill! I love self serve Korean BBQs. One of the first things I loved about this place when we first came years ago, getting your own meat(such a highlight), sides, veggies and already cooked entrees. Prices have went up and down. Service is sometimes inconsistent, but for the most part consistent. What is a little bizarre, is that the AYCE fruit trays and jello are at the front of the restaurant separate from the rest of the cafeteria-line-sorted items. I think they sometimes have fresh coffee in coffee pots too. Booth seats are old, but not hideous. Vents for grills aren’t always the greatest but they may have improved. Bathrooms are all the way in the back where ice cream machines once worked. Now they have the scoop-your-own ice cream, but don’t think it is Thrifty brand:/ Most of the sides here are yummy! Edamame, potato salad, green salad, broccoli, mac salad, japchae, spinach, green onion salad(wait do they still have this?! idk), sprouts and oi muchim. Meats are fairly good. Waitresses are kind but can get swamped to where you must wave arms to flag them down. Still we enjoy coming here from time to time, depending on our KBBQ mood.

As I go to more Korean BBQ, the more I realize that I’m not too picky when it comes to the meat. Probably not the highest quality meat, but good enough for me. I’m classy like that. But for 14.99 for all the bulgogi, brisket, pork belly, you can eat is a steal. I often eat alone since my few friends are vegetarian, so I like that I can eat here in secret by myself, since the other ayce kbbq require two people. I also enjoy being able to serve myself. The service here is good too. Always quick with the refills!

I was debating between 3 or 4 stars, but honestly the price is what changed my mind. Location: Pinehill is not in a busy area which is great. There’s definitely plenty of parking, so no struggle with that. The restaurant decoration, furniture, utensils, and pretty much everything is definitely outdated, but it’s something that really shouldn’t bother anyone. Think about it, you’re not going to a 4 star restaurant. There’s plenty of seating. They have booths and tables for small parties, but they also have tables for larger parties! Restrooms are a bit scary though. Service: Good service. Came around 11:30am on a Sunday and there were only 2 employees. They definitely managed to give good service even though the restaurant was starting to get busy. Removed plates, refilled drinks frequently, and were very attentive. Food: Wow! $ 14.99 for dinner?! They have tons of variety. Of course the quality of the meat is not like other KBBQ restaurants, but you get what you pay for. They have salad, fruits, sides, and plenty of meat options. I loved that I was able to make my own dipping sauce and serve myself as much chili sauce as I needed. I was able to grab as much meat as I wanted, get plenty of rice papers as desired, and mix my brisket sauce with chili paste without being judged. It would be nice if everything had a label that way I knew what exactly it was. Overall I really enjoyed my experience. Don’t expect the BEST quality of meat, but at the same time don’t expect it to be the worse. This place gets your KBBQ craving satisfied.

Unilocal challenge 20158⁄365 *updated review* Whats meat got to do, got to do with it whats meat, but something so delicious Whats meat got to do, got to do with it Who needs a fork, you have your 4 fingers. Whats meat have to do with it? Well its all about meat here. This AYCE located at Knott and Lincoln in Buena Park in the far far corner of the parking lot with plenty of parking and plenty of meat. Not only is it AYCE but it’s all you can grab too. Its a do it yourself, pick your own meat, set up. No waiting for food, or bells to ring, its just grab what you can. The meats here are okay. Face it, if you want the geewwwd stuff you have to go into K-town and its not going to be AYCE. Compared to other places that are a few bucks cheaper, in the area this is pretty much the same. But, you have a lot more carnivore choices for about $ 14.99 and zero wait time. I stick to the brisket which is hit or miss, the bogolgi bbq which is very sweet and my favorite meat there and the BBQ pork and I eat it with garlic, onions, salad and rice paper. And I can eat a lot. They offer lots of get it yourself sides, french fries, garlic & onions to grill, Salad, Fruit, and drum roll please… Ice Cream. But I come for the meat. I have been here with a party of 2 and a party of 20 and service is always good. They change your grills a few times, refill your drinks, clear old plates and bring you rice. Im a fan here.
