J&K Construction

I took time off work to get a bid for a concrete slab. They never showed or called to reschedule. The guy who answered the phone seems either shady or just waking up from a nap the couple times I spoke with them. Hopefully they will learn a bit of customer service.

Called for a inspection job, was told that I would get a reply after checking with an estimator, but no response. I would like to say «it’s a great experience!» like the rest of these (3) folks but can’t comment on it.

We had the pleasure of using the services of Mr. Kim, owner of J&K Construction, on a number of projects. This included remodeling of our rental property, remodeling of our residence, and interior and exterior painting of our properties. The remodeling work that were done included remodeling of the fireplace, kitchens, bathrooms, ceiling/​drywall, flooring, in-​door lighting, electrical, plumbing, and exterior stucco work. Mr. Kim is an experienced contractor with extensive knowledge and background. He is honest, trustworthy, reliable, and resourceful. He conducts himself in a professional manner at all times and has good project management skills. He kept a close oversight and managed our projects as if he were the owner. He watched out for our interest and would plan ahead, identify any potential problems in advance, develop solutions, and bring them to our attention. He maintained close communication with us. His crews work hard, they are efficient, prompt, and polite, and always maintain the site clean. All our projects had been completed on time and within budgets with virtually no change orders and the quality of the work met and often exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Mr. Kim and look forward working with him again.

When my friend referred me to this place because they are honest and good people. And they are, They did not only did a good job they did a fabulous job at my parents place. When I get own house I am going to call them again

Yay finally made Unilocal account. JK construction service was great! I’ve changed my order couple times (I am quite picky lol), but they were very accomodating and detail oriented to meet my expectations! Two thumbs up! We renovated our bathroom and kitchen a while ago and it turned out fabulous! Price was very affordable :) I definitely recommend JK construction to everyone who is seeking for a trust worthy vendor to renovate their place!

Terry was kind enough to explain to me in detail. I’m a girl… i know NOTHING about construction, however he just made it clear and simple on how things were going to go step by step.
NOW… I have a newly remodeled kitchen that just looks amazing.
