Not all Flame Broiler’s are created equal. This location is cramped, and has no self serve magic sauce. Go to one of the many other locations that trust you to your own magic sauce dispensing!

I got my food fast, they had great customer service. I did not enjoy the parking lot. It’s to compact and not enjoy space. Also a lot of homeless stake out there which makes me just want to move on and go somewhere else.

Flame broiler’s food is pretty much the same every where so this is strictly based on service. I don’t care if you’re franchised or not, let the customers get their own sauce, don’t hide the containers in the back and then try to predetermine how many sauces I should get for 2 bowls. And if you do, at least try to ask which ones I want. YOURCUSTOMERSERVICEISTRASH!

Really good service and price at this location. I got in an out quick for lunch for cheap which is always awesome. The parking lot is rough during lunch though because it shares the small space with a 7⁄11 and another food joint.

I agree with Sara S. Every time I order a veggie bowl they ask me «No meat?» YES! That’s why I said«veggie» bowl. I use to go there a lot but I stopped until my last visit today. I stopped going for a few months because the staff is rude. I would sit there and hear them talk about customers when they think they don’t know Spanish. Today I ordered a veggie bowl with brown rice, «no meat?», it took 15 minuets and they didn’t even give me the right rice. Four orders went out before me but I called mine in 10 minuets before I got there. Technically, it took them 25 minuets for a bowl of veggies.

I wish I can give them zero stars. The food is great but the cooks BARELY give chicken or beef! They are very stingy with their food. Other locations give more food. Don’t waste your time coming to this specific Flame Broiler. Shady.

Had a very bad experience with this establishment tonight. The owner refused to honor a coupon that was discussed and agreed upon on the phone minutes before I arrived. The owner was unwilling to accommodate a perfectly rational agreement as any reasonable person would. Furthermore, he insulted me by suggesting that I should come again tomorrow and use my coupon then. Failing to see the value in a customer relationship, this person lost a longtime customer over a $$ 6.50 bowl.

Simple, delicious, and affordable. One of my favorite fast food joints! Even the steamed veggies are pretty good. Enjoy.

I just paid $ 5.49 for a «veggie» bowl at Flame Broiler that included 6SMALL pieces of broccoli, 7 slices of carrots, and the rest filled with soggy cabbage. I even asked for a little less cabbage, a little more broccoli and carrots, and this is my order. Then I was given one cup of sauce. I asked for another sauce cup and it was reluctantly given to me, almost like she paid for the sauce out of her own pocket… I guess now there’s a new more-broccoli-and-carrots bowl on the menu… not sure how much it costs. But obviously, I’m not the only one who hates the loads and loads of cheap cabbage. Usually, Flame Broiler accommodates me and my vegetarian needs and they WERE one of my favorite spots to frequent. After this little stunt, they lost me as a customer… I can get rice and veggies elsewhere for a lot less than 6 bucks… AND with no cabbage ;)

Food was the same as any of the same location but it didn’t have any restrooms that’s why only 2 stars come on how do you serve food and drinks with no restrooms.

I came here with my dad to give it a try. The service and food were exceptional. We came during rush hour-lunch time. It was packed and I could smell the BBQ sizzling from its kitchen. Their food came out really fast, by the time i paid the cashier, my food was ready for me from the kitchen. Omg I love their teriyaki sauce or magic sauce whatever they call it. This place won’t charge you for extra if you ask for few more cups of those sauces while other locations charge you extra either 50 cents for each cup !!! Even thou We live far far away from this location, but we always drive up here to get our bowls and plates. Also, they have outdoor tables where we could sit down. Ohh ohhh few more things that I noticed from this location that caught my attention: they have a cute pig picture and they have a hand sanitizer on the wall which is pretty cool They take both credit cards and cash.

Gorgeous!!! the food is great and the service is A BIG10. The girl who took my order(I don’t remember her name) was really nice, she gave me what I wanted and put so much effort on my demands.

To me, «Flame Broiler» would be the name of a high-class American steak house not a bland rice bowl restaurant. The selections are limited and taste hardly unique. If you are on a diet and want to lose weight(and money for what they charge) with small and relatively tasteless portions of meat, vegetables, and rice– then this is the place to go. Instead of calling it «Flame Broiler,» I would rename it «Lamed Boring.»

Oh Flame Broiler, where have you been all my life? I have no idea how I survived without trying you all this time. Cheap and tasty — not greasy and didn’t need to add any sauces or condiments on my combination bowl. What more can I ask?

After all these years, I finally tried it! I had craving for teriyaki bowl one night but did not want to go to my usual yoshinoya so I decided to give this place a try, and surprisingly, the ramen joint next door(La-Men) is out of the business(Actually not too surprised since their food is kinda meh. However, the bowl that I ordered was pretty good. I liked the charcoal grilled flavor on my chicken, but not so much on the vegetable and beef. Secret sauce is good but next time I will stick with chicken bowl only. However, they are almost 2x more expensive than Yoshinoya. $$$$!!

I had heard from some co-workers, that this place was a great healthy alternative to your typical«asian bowl» kinda meal. I enjoyed my chicken bowl! I was in and out of this place within 5 minutes(no kidding). Service was fantastic! I will be back for the mini bowl next time, because the regular bowl was actually more than I could finish!

I love flame broilers, but this location isn’t what it should have came out to be. I ordered catering to-go for 10ppl worth of food. It ended up being only OKAY. Sad, I wanted to show off flame broiler that night at the meeting. Just don’t go to this location. Although, the lady working there was very nice. NOTFRESH.
