Dazzle Stone & Fiber Care (James) has been cleaning our carpets for five years. I’ve used many carpet companies, and NONE compare to his work! It’s not the cheapest company, but quality of work surpasses any! I’ve referred friends and family, and none have been disappointed.

Just used James and Dazzle again for the fourth time. He continues to do a great job and well versed in what I’ll call «the science of carpets». More to the point we have (had) a high traffic area that ALWAYS looked kind of of worn and dirty. After others cleaned it, it was better but still looked «different», there were always explanations about why that was, and it soon reverted to its former obviously problematic state. Since James began treating the area it is clean; no caveats. just clean. Very simply, he’s good at what he does. No idea if he’s the lowest cost guy in town. my guess is he’s not (I never checked). But remember. you probably get what you pay for.

Not only is James (the owner) very accommodating to busy moms schedule, but understood exactly what i needed by just looking at the stains that 2 young boys have left in my carpets. My Carpets have not been cleaned in over a year, yet when the job was complete, they looked and smelled like new! drying time was unbelievably fast! I worried about this as the kids were walking through the door from playing outside. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I could not beat the price anywhere else and a clean carpet certainly compliments my holiday decorations.

Before moving out of my appartment, I thought for certain I would have to get a new carpet due to having a dog in the house. But turns out after the cleaning James provided I didnt! It was pretty much a miracle how he cleaned them :-0 highly recommend.
