Ciro’s Pizza

The food was amazing, that being said, the customer service was lagging in «Customer service skills,» the waitress only checked on our group twice and our group had to get up to ask the waitress for our food order and drinks, if it wasn’t for the customer service, I would Have rated Ciro’s Pizza five stars.

This pizza was undercooked, the cups were dirty and they took forever with my garlic bread. I do not recommend eating here unless you want your food to take forever and it not even being worth the wait.

Came in with a group of 5 and every time I came here the waitresses with the glasses was so rude. The pizza is alright, but the lasagna is bomb so is the garlic bread. Don’t go here.

the wait is really long but the pizza is worth it. although the customer service sucks ass. the waiters never checked up on us if we needed anything and my bf & i needed refills. when we were done i was trying to get the waitress’ attention a check and a box but they totally ignored me so i had to get up and walk up to her for it & once i asked she took long to answer me AND said it in a rude way.

I keep reading about this Alexus server on here and either they canned her or we didn’t get her because I had an excellent experience with our server.
We were sat immediately and assisted with any questions regarding the menu. Drinks were served promptly and food wait was quick considering they had two birthday parties going on simultaneously.
Pizzas are definitely on the larger side (more bang for your buck). Crusts/​dough is a little bland but they make up for it with their generous amount of cheese/​toppings.

This place sucks!
I called in my order for carry out, a large pepperoni pizza with pineapple on half. Like another reviewer mentioned, I’m sure they charged me both toppings at full price but whatever.
I get there and have to wait a few minutes at the counter because there are no servers in sight. Finally after a few minutes some unpleasant chick comes from the back. I told her I was picking up an order and she gives me my total, $ 17.01. I hand her a $ 20 and I didn’t think the penny really mattered so I was expecting $ 3 bucks back. I hear this moron fumbling around with the change so I asked her, «do you want me to go get a penny out of my car so you’re not giving me 99 cents in change?» She laughs and responds «oh no, that’s okay». I figured she realized the penny was no big deal and that it was stupid to give me 99 cents in change. Boy was I wrong. This dumb bitch gives me back 2 dollars and 99 cents! Are you flipping kidding me? She thought I was asking if she wanted me to walk back out to my car to get a penny so that it wasn’t an inconvenience to have her count out 99 cents. No idiot, I asked because I didn’t want 99 cents in change! At this point I was too irritated to even bother arguing with someone as incompetent as her!
Stay away from this place, their service sucks and the pizza was just as bad!

Really disappointed that Ciro’s hasn’t changed any since I moved out of state. Went there reluctantly when on vacation and it’s still as bad as I remember. And it’s all about the cheese! They have been using that oily nasty cheese for years. Ciro’s used to be awesome when it was called Rico’s but somewhere along the way stopped using the good cheese. Probably cheaper cheese. It just tastes like reheated pizza. Management probably doesn’t read these, it’s such an easy fix. Get the good cheese! Go to Angelo’s and Vinci’s use the cheese they’re using.
I think people continue going because of the giant sized pizzas but it’s just not good anymore.

I am so disappointed in my visit here today. I love the pizza, but the service was crap… FOR CARRY OUT.
First the phone order person was rude. They answer it with Ciros… No thank you for calling, no greeting other than «Ciros». I asked for take out order… And I got «what do you want»… A pizza with someone pleasant on the other end… Really folks… It’s not hard to say «what can we get for you»… I ordered a family size pizza with two toppings… Only one topping was for ½ the pizza. I know they charged for two prior to ordering… And that’s fine. So I asked if I could get a couple (as in 2) peppercinis and was told «you need to pay for those»… So I just paid for 2 toppings and really only wanting 1 ½, but they can’t throw in 2 peppercinis for free? So disappointed Ciros. I asked for a manager and yup… «He’s not here». Really 2 peppers are going to break your business… I probably won’t be returning!

Absolutely terrible service! Our waitress (Alexus) is beyond the worst. Stay clear of the girl with glasses and blonde hair. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Prices are too expensive and service is shit!!! My father and myself had to go up to the counter three times to get drinks & I had to ask the manager for a refill. I understand things can be busy, but no excuses. She didn’t ask how our food was and she acted very snotty. Our pizza also was incredibly cold like it was left out. Save yourself and your money. Go somewhere else or go and get a pizza from a chain pizza carry out. There are tons better options than this shit place. The bathrooms were not cleaned either. Left the place leaving Alexus a $ 0.37 tip to round up. No excuse. Hopefully you will take this into consideration.

The pizza is good the only down side is the slow service. That is why from now on we only phone order our pizza for pick up.

Should be one star but it was a pretty big pizza. Greasy, awful crust, bad tasting pie. I was very disappointed, most places i go to i can easily finish at least half a pizza in one sitting because i love the stuff, but i really don’t see myself finishing this even over the course of a few days. Avoid Ziro’s pizza, there are better ways to hurt yourself.

Good pizza. My parents used to bring me here when i was a little boy. Now i bring my kids.

Horrible customer servie. Food is shit and will give you the shits! They’re water is disgusting smells like a pool which makes the soda taste disgussting. Kids playing with the food in the salad bar place is a mess

Pizza was great service was horrible alexus not only took forever to help me at the counter it took Bout 7 mins tofir her to come from the back to the front and when she got there shes like what do you want very rude after she took 7 mins to help me she still was a bitch that’s not cool mangemnt should reallu take action to this onlt reason she came to the front was because I called the location from counter

Great family feel, and great food. Came in tonight with my dad and sister got some pizza, wings and beer and Danni was great! She brought our drinks right away, and kept them coming before the glass was empty. She was really on top of it! She is very attentive, and it’s much appreciated! The pizza is so good, and My dad loves the wings… Loves them. Will be back soon!

Husband brought me home pizza from this pizza place. It was horrible. Pizza sauce tasted terrible, very sugary and no favor. I’ve tasted better sauce on a Walmart pizza. The cheese can’t be real. Taste like a cheap fake cheese mix and that crust tasted like a box mix. On top of that from my understanding the service there was slow and terrible and the manager was very rude.

We accidentally found this place about 6 months ago and I’m glad we did. Ciros pizza is a family owned pizza parlor that is warm and welcoming with really good pizza for an even better price and a nice little salad bar with choices of green or pasta salad and fresh fruit. Everyone there is super friendly and we loved our waitress Brittney she was so patient with my little 4 year old niece (who loves to talk) and at the same time she was still attentive to her other customers as well, always making her rounds with a true smile. Ciros pizza is the place to go for a family night out or to have a beer and watch a game. I’m glad it’s only two cities over just bummed it’s not in my city. Thanks Ciros :)

Just got back after a long drive and pizza was the best option vs everything else.
Didn’t know what to expect from this place but walking in everything looked pretty cool. Arcade games and TVs around the place.
Wish I had placed the order before grocery shopping get with my Lil sis.
The price is great for the portion.
Ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza which took 20 minutes to prep and make.
Pizza was ok. Wasn’t amazing and memorable other than they used cheap ingredients. I still enjoyed it though. Finished it in one sitting.
Would I come back? Probably when I’m feeding a bunch of kids.

Save your money and go to Pizza Hut. Pizza was cold, and you have to wait for 10 minutes for a refill, and you will have to end up getting up to get your own. If you ask for ranch, it will never come. Maybe we should text the servers next time because they refuse to get of there phones, that’s how you will walk out happy.

Everyone is friendly and the staff is always super nice to me. Pizza is not super bomb but I think it’s dope
