Carl’s Jr

This Carl’s Jr is just a block away from my house, which is perfect for those midnight food runs. Personally, I prefer Carl’s Jr over Micky D any day of the week, especially for their Famous Stars with cheese and Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. We do not have Carl’s Jr in Chicago, so every time I come home for breaks, Carl’s Jr is a must have for me (I know, that sounds really cheap). I used to like the McChicken from Micky D until they raised the price to $ 1.79, like c’mon.
Besides from the burgers, I believe that Carl’s Jr have better drinks and dessert menus than other fast food places. For instance, their smoothies (orange cream soda and cookie and cream) are out of this world. Way better than the «healthy» fruit smoothies that they have at Micky D. Also, not to mention the cheesecake. Overall, Carl’s Jr for the win. I cannot believe that I just wrote a review for a Carl’s Jr.

Absolutely horrible service. Our order was taken by a young woman named solly. From the start she was not friendly. I had to repeat my order to her, I felt like either she was not paying any attention or just not listening. Then when it came to giving me my change she placed it on the counter and not in my hand. I had to reach across to retrieve my change. I then asked her if she was OK and she replied with yes. Then I told her that she was being rude and she simply laughed it off and did not even attempt to apologize. I will not come back to this location due to her rudeness. And it did not even finish there. She was rude to my friend when taking his order. But I will not get into that because I’m going to write to corporate and let them know what kind of staff they really have.

Hmmmm. I usually get fast food when I need to eat in a short period of time so I decided to go to this Carl’s Jr. Since it was the closest. I ordered a burrito and 2 soft tacos and when I got the food Togo, the oil was leaking on the bottom of the bag, so I told the person who took my order to check and double bag it. But she didn’t even check and put another bag over it. That did not even help at all. But I didn’t have time to bother her again so I had to just take the bag and put papers on the bottom so it doesn’t leak in my car. When I got home and opened the bag the burrito was stick as hell and stuck to the wrapper and all broken which was causing the leak. I didn’t even eat it and just threw it out. I’m not even gonna bother to go back to demand my money back because they probably gonna use lame excuse and gonna take forever to give me my money back. I know Carl Jr cooperation don’t give a shit but they should. If they think I’m over reacting, please try me

Burger is getting horrible. Quality not like any other place. $ 4.63 for a burger with a piece of meat and some jalapeño is not worth it. Only give you 3 bags of ketchup.

The cost was not cheap and the burger was not fresh. The service is bad. This is the second time they forgot to put the ketchup at drive through :(

By far one of the worst places I’ve gone sadly to say when I made in order of jalapeño poppers I thought it would of had a decent size jalapeño turns out their was a little baby piece of the skin of jalapeño. Ugh their sauces taste like water and like if it went bad. I’m not happy about it. …

Rude and slow. I’m guessing this is a franchised store by the lack of customer service this place offered. Mark this off my list. Did I forget to mention they didn’t provide napkins at the drive through?

Just got back home from ordering breakfast. First, order was wrong. Second, had to pull over to the front to wait for two breakfast combos. Third notice that difference between small medium and large is the hash browns. Fourth, never again having breakfast at Carl’s Jr.

Immaculate service, Angelica took my order very out going and friendly. They should give her a raise :-) loved it ! Will be returning soon.

The is by far the WORST Carls Jr I have ever been to. Order my food with my number being #43 and someone ordered after me and the same thing and with his number #47. the cashier older man named KEITH bagged the his food and Handed it to him. Looked over his shoulder at me and tossed my food in the bag and just held it in the air as if he was tryna play keep away and never called my number ONCE! Finally I just snatched the bag out his hand and walked out. I will NEVER come back. Said all that to say, Keith is a Racist working for your company and you just lost a customer #SHAME

My boyfriend ordered a large #4, 2 chili dogs without onions, a spicy chicken sandwich, and a chocolate shake in the drive-​thru. We were told to park and after 10 minutes of waiting, my boyfriend went inside to ask about our order. It turns out that one of the crew members gave the food to their security guard to walk it out and he gave it to the wrong car. It’s not his fault, I mean how can he know who the order is for if he never saw the customer who ordered it, much less the car? So they rushed to gather the order, another 10 minutes down the drain. Since this location doesn’t believe in handing out receipts EVER, they weren’t able to get the order correct! The chili dogs had onions and the spicy chicken sandwich had no bun and was lettuce wrapped! We did not ask for a lettuce wrapped spicy chicken sandwich! Where the hell did that come from? This is a terrible location. Even the time before today, they forgot my spicy chicken sandwich. I give up on this particular location.

the staff is okay, they get my food right most of the time… i usually use drive thru, so by the time i take a bite i’m already on the road…

I came here late at night and the drive thru took forever. I don’t really blame the employees though. It seemed like there was only one guy there taking orders, receiving money, and doing the food prep. Poor guy was running around. And the person ahead of me in line ordered like half the menu. I only came here for a milkshake, which was way too delicious. I loved it.

Coffee here is weak weak weak. Suggest breakfast elsewhere. Mc Donalds is better for coffee

Safely first should be in every establishment. But not here… Trash cans blocking the emergency exit!!! I was in shock! If there was an emergency… May it be fire, earthquake or robbery. There is no safe way to get out! I posted a picture for all to see please please be safe when here. I will NEVER come back… You shouldn’t either.

Since it’s convenient, I come here every now and then. Usually it’s all cool and the people a nice. They have a new manager apparently. Their old was was really nice.
This place needs a new manager. No customer service skills whatsoever! Gave me no time to think about my order and gave the other guests too much attitude/​sass. I watched her interact with others before deciding to post this.
The place is cool. Never had a problem with my orders but this manager, Gabby or Gaby, needs to go or at least attend a customer service course. Everyone else seemed nice.

They suck, the fat mexican guy working the drive thru register always finds a way to screw your order up. I would drive just a little bit further to the la palma and moody carls cuz when that huy is working the register he will totally fuck your order up.

ROACH ALERT!!! COCKROACH ALERT!!! From 10 feet away, one of my group of six noticed a cockroach crawling behind my other dinner companion in the booth we were sitting in. She killed it with a napkin. GROSS! I told the assistant manager «You guys have a roach problem,» and she shook her head and shrugged her shoulders as if I was crazy. Then I said, «Cucarachas, you have cucarachas,» and she just shook her head and walked away. I couldn’t even finish my meal. Filled out a customer survey card and then I called Corporate.

What is there to say about a fast food place? Been here a few times to satisfy my turkey burger craving, and they haven’t messed up my order yet, so that’s good!

This Carl’s Jr is pretty much the spot for late night drive thru munchies. There isn’t anything healthy on the menu, but when you are starving and you need something to eat, you cant expect Mr. Jared Subway to be open. This particular location has recently been remodeled. The interior is somewhat new after having been reopened for a year or so. Most of my experiences are through the drive-​thru.
The staff here has been accurate and friendly. However I can not say the same about a couple of Mexican girls that were sitting a car infront of me the last time I was here. They kept looking back at me like I had some ketchup stains on my shirt. I wasn’t sure what that was about. The car behind me had some Bone Thugs & Harmony bumping. He didn’t even bother to turn it down when he was ordering. I guess hes pretty hardcore. Other then that, this is a typical Carl’s with some questionable customers.
On a side note, this is one of the few hood locations which still offers 99 cent spicey chicken and hamburger. They do not do the Irvine/​Tustin markup here.
