McDonald’s

My sister and I were heading to Disneyland in the morning and stopped by the McDonald’s and the women was very nice and made sure we got our orders right. I wanted to try something new instead of getting Cinnamelts all the time, I tried there biscuit egg bacon and cheese sandwich, it was good but I’m not really a big fan of biscuits. Anyways, it was quick, no one was in line and enjoyed my food!

I ordered a GRILLED CHICKEN GUACAMOLE burger with NO PICO. I made a point of confirming no Pico several times before I received my order. I got home and I got a GROUND BEEF burger with PICO and NO GUACAMOLE. Completely the opposite of what I ordered, even though I made sure the person helping me in the drive thru and the widow repeated my order more that once and confirm what I wanted they still didn’t give what I ordered; they didn’t even add napkins to my bag. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service at this place.

This is the 3^rd time I order fries from here and they are cold and stale. I recommend going to the Beach Blvd location. At least there, the fries are traditionally fresh. I also took a bite of my cheeseburger and that was cold as well. It was almost like they pre-​wrapped it about an hour before it was served to me. I hate this McDonalds.

This place literally told me they can’t give me a water cup at the time I came in for no reason at all. What kind of inconsistent service does McDonald’s offer I’ve never experienced this before.

Crispy Chicken Sandwich was not crispy. It was cold and like leather. No moisture whatsoever. Terrible. $ 8 for the combo and not worth two cents.

Worst McDonald’s in my opinion.
Never get my order correct and when I ask to fix it they give the worst attitude.
Also last time I turned in my monopoly piece for a Mcgriddle but gave me the Sausage Mcmuffin free, I would have been fine w/​that if they cost the same but they didn’t, and when I confronted them they tried to play me for a fool by telling me they cost the same (Which they do not, at all).
long story short rude workers (some, not all), extremely rude managers, and poor service.

Just got home from our school’s fundraiser at this location. The staff worked so hard to provide excellent service the entire time we were there. Even with the lobby full of kids and the lines long both at the drive thru and at the counter, the staff remained pleasant, helpful and dedicated to making our fundraiser successful.
Whether it’s a community event like McTeacher Night or just grabbing a coffee in the morning, this location always impresses with its excellent service and friendly staff.

This mcdonalds is terrible… the worst by far. I was buying food for my family. They first charged me full price for my filet o fish and then after resolving that (which took 10 min) they forgot my fries and the rest of my order. The convenience of fast food is its supposed to be «fast». Clearly poorly trained employees… dont bother going here. Pick a diff mc donalds.

What the McCafe isn’t working. So fix it — it’s a large and busy McDonald’s, really?! That stinks!

I go to McDonalds frequently (which is gross, I know), and this is the ONLY branch I’ve been to multiple times where A) my order has never been bungled up somehow and B) I’ve never had to return food because the burgers and/​or fries have been left to sit too long and were stale. For McDonalds, these are rare and worthy accomplishments.
I only deducted a star because the prices are slightly higher than other branches in the area, but it’s worth it. I go out of my way to visit this one, even if I’m closer to another McDonalds. Good training and fresh food really make a difference.

Been to many McDonald’s, but gotta say this one does it best. Mcflurry and smoothie machines are hardly ever down. I can’t recall any experiences where I’ve had problems with my orders. This McDonald’s has also been remodeled quite nicely and looks much more modern. Lines can be a bit lengthy if you’re going for a late night food run, but overall service is good and keeps me coming (I am a regular lol).

Since this McDonald’s is right down the street from my house this is my go to place. Recently I’ve noticed that the workers are always in a bad mood, being slow or busy they are always grouchy. I ask for a couple packets of ketchup & they give me one— really? When you ask for more they roll their eyes.
Also the new drive thru lane is disastrous!
(I guess that’s why they’re in a bitchy mood) they don’t know who ordered what. That’s why I always walk in.
Other than that, I always get my order right, after confirming for five times…
They should’ve just kept the one lane.

Most of the time they are fast and get stuff correct
Most headaches i have had at this location are from the idiots and fat asses in the drive thru
If u dont know what u want… ordering off a cell phone. more than a few people… QUIT being a deadbeat and walk ur lazy ass inside

Oh myyyyy! If I could give 0 stars I would. Not fresh, not fresh, not fresh!!! The day old nuggets from home tastes better than what my son was served. It was so bad, you could taste and smell of oil!!! It wasn’t even crunchy anymore, more like chewy! The fries was also a huge disappointment. It didn’t even taste like the signature mc Donalds fries. So, so disappointing. I went thru the drive thru and was in a rush. I couldn’t let my son finish the rest. I the it all away and drove to another McDonald’s n bought his meal again. Don’t bother coming to this branch. It may look nicely renovated, but it’s a waste of money to b just disappointed.
I never thought I would see the day that I could turn my back on McDonald’s fries… tsk tsk tsk

So, I had a feeling that the 2 drive-​thru order menus would cause confusion for the usually already confused drive thru staff, and surely enough, I was to blame for this instance:
I order in the left lane, #1, two cars from lane #2 go ahead of me because they didn’t want to yield, which is part of the problem. There is no system down. For example, 2 cars in lane #1 go, 1 car goes from lane #2, and so forth; it’s a mess.
Well, the very polite and kind lady that collected my payment in window #1 said she liked my interior, and I smiled and said thank you, not realizing that I had just paid for someone else’s 2 iced teas. Well, I go up to the next window and they handed me two drinks and say thanks as in, have a good one. I said, wait, I didn’t order that…
I told them what I wanted and the manager pops out and says, «you told the lady that yes, that is correct,» in a very rude tone. I said, well, I was not paying attention and I ordered XYZ. So he huffed and puffed and gave me attitude… and rolled his eyes.
I said, sorry! He just grabbed the credit card card from me and mumbles, «Now I have 5 orders all wrong.» Talk about uncomfortable. Look, I did not realize that going to this McDonald’s would cause so much commotion. I apologized and felt terrible for complicating things for the staff, but people make mistakes. I just thought the manager’s delivery and attitude was completely inappropriate. I apologized and felt terrible.
I normally don’t complain but this really bothered me. I felt like I did something really really wrong— like when you’re a kid and you knock over your mom’s expensive vase that’s worth 5,000 dollars and you know you’re in a lot of trouble. Well, that’s exactly how I felt.
Note to self: stay away from McDonald’s, don’t want the manager to yell at me like a little kid. I won’t ever be back at this location, and I highly suggest you don’t either especially during peak hours.

Came home from working since 7:30 this morning and was starving. Drove thru real quick and found that my real quick really meant 35 minutes. I ordered a double combo and sweet tea and yet by the time I got to the window it was another 10 minutes before an employee even acknowledged me. This of course was after he had come outside looking confused and anxious. He then finally came to the window and asked for $ 28 and change for my bill. I said, excuse me? I only ordered a double combo and sweet tea. He then asked if it was a special order. I said, No. I was finally given a total of $ 3.78 to which I handed the money over, $ 3.80. He looked confused walked away and then came back with 2 cents change. After that I still waited another 5 minutes before my bag of food was brought to the window by whom I can only assume was a manager of some type based on her all black outfit.
Not once did anyone apologize for the long wait or explain why it was so long. To top it off my fries are cold and Sonia my cheeseburger. Plus I’ve now lost an hour of sleep all because I was hungry. Lesson learned… next time go to Del Taco instead.
This drive thru is always busy in the late night hours because of the self serve car wash. They really should staff it with more capable people this late at night. Oh and this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten cold fries in the drive thru at night. So annoying!

I always leave here with a huge headache. They recently did a complete remodel that was unnecessary and decided to build the drive thru of the future. Located on Lincoln and Western. There is no way to miss it.
I do not like this Drive thru… no no no no no. There are 2 lanes to order that merge into one lane to pay and get your food. So the drive thru operator takes orders from both lanes, one at a time. If you have a special order, they just have you pull forward. Which makes it a royal pain to go around them when its your time to pay. There is a random thru traffic lane right next to the drive thru, which requires you to pay attention before you pull out
But if you must, go into the far right lane. The right lane is the lane that messes up everybody’s orders because they never let the other lane in. Half the time the left lane is blocked off, which makes a huge build up in the other lane. I sware there were at least 6 cars ahead of me and 6 cars behind me spilling into the lot.
Now, when they take your order they do not wait for you to pull up to see the menu. They take it when you are a few feet back. So, you get to yell into the speaker. If you don’t know what you want then you are SOL.
Not once, not twice, but 3 times they did not know what I ordered when I had to pay. Duh, maybe they should count the cars.
So, shoes are not required inside. I saw some little kids being let in after hours to use the bathroom without shoes. Lots of sketchy people in the area.
So if I hate it so much, why do I come here? Well it is convenient and on my way home. It is home of the $ 1.00 drinks snd 20 nuggets for $ 5.00. I enjoy the chocolate shakes, iced coffees, sweet tea and frozen lemonades. I get the hubsters Mocha Frappes, hot fudge sundaes, HiC Oranges and chicken nuggets.
I am not so lovin it here.

I just have to write a Unilocal review for this McDonald in particular, since it plays such an important role in my childhood. Ever since I moved to this neighborhood 10 years ago, this McDonald has been the go to place for my friends and I when we have our midnight cravings. We also go here for our McChicken and Sweet Tea runs. We come here so often that the workers recognized our voices from the drive thru machines. This location has the best Sweet Tea or should I say used to since their «Sweet Tea Game» has been weak lately.
The smoothies and the Strawberry Lemonades are refreshing and delicious as always. Most of the time, they only accept cash after midnight, so be careful for that. But yeah, overall, this is the best Micky’s D ever. P. S. McChicken for lyfe.

Let me start by saying, I’m lovin it. For reals! This place is brand new, I like the setup. I’ve only been here once, and based on that one night, I think this place deserves an A.
It was early-​late night, and I wanted to grab some coffee. I stopped by to this McDonalds and ordered their famous/​super strong Arabica regular coffee. Now, before arriving here, I already planned in my mind to return the coffee right away and ask a fresh one, assuming it’s going to be old, brewed past 30 minutes ago in the glass pot or past 2 hours in the metal pot, not so fresh– per se.
But I was surprised. The coffee was freshly brewed, as there were two other people who ordered coffees and ask for a fresh one.
The restaurant is clean, fully staffed, I’m lovin it. Keep up the fabulous work.

What can I say, it’s McDonalds. It is what it is with this place. I just wish the staff would be friendlier. I mean, if you really hate your job then go somewhere else.
This location was remodeled not to long ago. It looks great & clean but the same old grumpy staff seems to have come back.
