I brought a new ka-​bar knife to be engraved for my best man because I am getting married on Saturday. I was so impressed with the awesome customer service and speedy work. The knife looks better than I could have hoped. It was finished in less than 24 hours. I will definitely be coming back here !

Is there such a thing as an upscale trophy shop? YES! And this is it!
When you see a .com business and go to their physical store, you are expecting to see a boiler-​room operation. Not this place! Everything about their operation exudes class and professionalism, from the well-​laid-​out showroom, to the large super-​clean facility, to the flawless craftsmanship of their work.
Prices are competitive with local and online, but their work is a whole lot better than competing local stores. No spelling errors, no rough unfinished edges, no tacky-​looking figurines. Just outstanding quality work. The etching on the acrylic and glass awards is especially impressive; it looks good on their website, but even better in person.
I was also extremely impressed by their customer commitment. My son broke a piece off of one of his trophies, and they repaired it on the spot no waiting, free of charge!
They really want to earn your business here, and they certainly have with me. Their attention to detail and concern for customer satisfaction is a real rarity nowadays, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for trophies, plaques, awards, mementos, and similar items. Although they are an Internet business, they are a local business for me, and one that I am glad to support.

I went here to get a name engraved on a cigar box & they did a great job. Dropped it off on Friday and it was ready by Monday. They updated me via email if they had any questions about how I wanted it.
They did such a great job engraving it and they even went through fonts with me for 20 mins to help me pick the best one.

Excellent customer service from the greeting through completion. They even went the extra step of supplying a new brass plate (no charge) when the one I provided wouldn’t work. They suggested additional work to improve wood engraving, while I waited, again without additional charge. I had been a little concerned about engraving unique frames, they patiently explained the process to ease my concerns. The workmanship was terrific. Although I had lived near the store (since their original store location) most of my life, this was my first opportunity to experience this great store. I’ll be looking around for other items to bring in.

So I saw a plaque some time ago that I wanted made for my hubby. I wasn’t sure where to even begin looking locally. Fast forward a few months ago where right before his birthday, while searching online, I came across a Jack Daniels bottle and two small glasses with his favorite sports team etched on all three. I IMMEDIATELY fell in love with it and I knew he would too. Unfortunately, the website i had seen it on was no longer making these. I was bummed out!!! I searched EVERYWHERE, high and low to see where I could get these made. I finally thought to myself, I wonder if this place that I’ve passed through several times will make it for me. It was worth a shot since I had lost ALL HOPE. I honestly had second thoughts about calling this place thinking they would say «NO, can’t do it»!! I went online, right before closing time, and had a quick chat with whom I believe is the owner (???) RENE LOPEZ. He was awfully nice and helpful. My priority was the Police Officer Plaque however, in conversation, I mentioned the bottle and glasses. He simply asked me to give him a sample and stated that they make just about anything. SAID AND DONE… UNBELIEVABLE. We emailed eachother back and forth. He was ON TOP of it.. .He made sure to send me layouts and final layouts before starting on the actual items. I was so nervous and picky about the end-​results that I’m sure he will never forget who I am. I was one of those annoying customers. He actually told me he could have them ready for pick-​up just a few days after I approve the final layout. By the time I had sent him my last approval, he had made me feel at ease!!! I must say that I LOVED the END-​RESULTS!!! I have not called Rene to thank him personally however I hope he reads this review as do any potential customers who are looking to have something made because I personally have absolutely no regrets!!! The plaque is beautiful and the price was PERFECT!!! I did think that the bottle and glasses were a little, just a little overpriced but only because the original bottle/​glasses I had seen online were 2x cheaper plus of course, I had to purchase the «full» bottle and glasses (online the ‘empty’ bottle and glasses came with the set price) which bumped up the price by $ 50. In the end, it worked out PERFECTLY!!! AND I must admit that this place had them made in NO TIME plus the communication/​layouts were amazing!!! I LITERALLY got EXACTLY what I wanted PLUS MORE!!! Rene even offered to have anything ‘extra’ engraved on the sides which I had already paid for. I bought a name plate here. It was green tinted glass with a logo and name. Came out exactly how I had hoped. After going to every single plaque/​trophy/​crystal place in orange county I found this place which is 5 minutes from my house, go figure. They did such quick work I was so impressed with wayyyy better prices than anywhere else I looked into. I really wanted something that looked sharp and expensive and professional and they delivered. They even sent me a photo of what it’d look like when it was done. The woman helping me spent a long time trying to find the exact logo I wanted and let me personalize it and everything. Very patient and friendly. Great experience and I am going to buy another name plate here today!

After looking at many local trophy places, Buena Park Plaque & Trophy was the best choice. I actually went to the store first to have a look at their awards — they were all very nice and high quality. Some other places I visited had cheaper graphics on their trophies that did not impress me.
The prices were the lowest I could find as well. I had trophies, a plaque and acrylic awards made here… all with engraving & using the school logo. For about 20 awards, the proofs were sent to me within a week and all of the awards were completed in about a week and a half from the date I ordered.
When I came to pick them up, they were still finishing them — they even offered to drive them to my school because they were not ready when I got there. I ended up staying about 15 minutes and everything was perfect. Everyone who works there is incredibly helpful and nice… they carried out all the awards to my car when I picked them up.
Super fast & everyone was impressed with the awards, especially the acrylics. They also do banners and personalize other items like pens, key chains, etc. I’m definitely going to get my awards in the future here as well.
