Save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere else. I came in to return an express label my dad paid for and didn’t end up using. He told me to try and look for the receipt at home and if I don’t find it he would still help me. Came back without the receipt because I couldn’t find it and and instead of helping me like he said, he told me he needs to talk to my dad to issue the refund. (I think he thought I was trying to pull a fast one on him.) The older Indian man that works here (which I assume is the owner), was the one who helped me and he is very rude and does not have any idea of the concept of customer service. Next time I need to use Fedex I won’t mind driving a bit further to avoid having to use this place.

I usually go to UPS and USPS to ship my things. Sadly, when i have to return items from online stores they use Fedex and this is the closest one around me. If you don’t have tape, they charge $ 1 for 3 pieces of tape, and $ 1.50 if you use a credit card even though they only get charged 3−5% for using a card (I know, I have a business). There is 0 customer service here and I will be taking by business else where.
USPS and UPS will gladly tape up your box if you need it. They don’t even hesitate.
Customer service keeps customers. Remember that.

I came in with a couple items that needed to be mailed to my mom whom is terminally ill. It was sent out on a Wednesday and was said to deliver as late as Saturday. I was unable to make the 40 mile drive one way that it needed to go because of my schedule. Saturday came and went and the package never showed. I gave it an entire week and still nothing ever came up Come to find out, this place does not promise that things will get shipped or make its destination. They even charge extra money just to walk it over to the post office next door to them. Isn’t that BS. This is the first and last time I will come here. So now I have a box with roughly $ 100 of items that cannot be replaced roaming around someplace. I’ve never had a package never make it to its destination. If I go to the California Post Office, I never have an issue. The one time I decided to try and save a couple bucks, I come up with a missing box.

Awesome place very friendly environment. Its way better than other stores prices are very reasonable and has not changed even with economic down turn. I would recommend this to everyone:)
