Food was tasteless, I ordered the Tuscan pasta, wife ordered the penne pasta both tasted like cardboard

The staff is awesome! Helpful and accommodating. Kept checking on us, as they knew we were in a hurry. Stephany and Arlene were exceptional. Food was spot on.

My first time here. Not a bad wait time, just 10 minutes. The host that sat us, small, younggirl, Rebekah, was mean. When we asked her if we could sit at the bar, she rolled her eyes in front of us. She really hates her job.
After we say at the bar, our server was great! He wasn’t wearing a name tag. But was quick and tended to us often. Food was ok for being $$. I ordered the vegetable lasagna and my husband ordered the rib eye. 3 out of 5 stars tonight.

Great food and large portions. Steak was great and fries were crispy. Will dine again.

On a Saturday night, it’s a 45 minute wait when there’s 50 empty tables because they do not have enough servers. piss poor planning by management, get more workers

After an entire day at Knott’s Berry Farm we arrived at the Knott’s Hotel exhausted. We had planned to visit the best Pizza restaurant in the area which is apparently Jojo’s Pizza in Brea. We had a scheduled appointment for Snoopy to tuck the kids in at night so we were short on time. We decided to stay in the hotel and eat dinner at Amber Waives. The pizza was a NY style Pizza and very good. I had a grilled burger, but my wife ordered the steak Greek salad. We both LOVED IT! If you like gyros you’ll love this salad. It was awesome. The kids were visited by Snoopy during dinner and loved it. Overall I recommend eating here. We’ll worth it.

The service at the restaurant was/​is horrible. In fact I am writing as I wait for my meal. For starters I was sat next to a milk spill. When I asked our Hosted, she acknowledged and walked away. When my server «Eddie» arrived I mentioned him if he could please clean it, and said «oh yeah» and walked away. When taking my order, the server placed his dirty notepad on the table while he wrote the order. Really unprofessional. I understand your main attraction is the park. But common, we are spending more then $ 300 a night.
Will not recommend this hotel/​motel to anyone. Our rooms has mold on the bathroom floor as well as dirt kn the vents. Not to mention the toothpick I found at check-​in in the room.

Dinner was amazing food was fresh and absolutely delicious! The restaurant was not full and Snoopy made his rounds and let the kids take pictures with him. After a long day at the park this was the perfect ending to a fun filled day.

We like the restaurant, and it’s convenient. I purchased a deal so we had breakfast buffet for the days we stated at hotel & park.
I chose Knotts for our Thanksgiving and called in September and asked many questions. I asked restaurant directly if they were open & serving that day. Yes. I asked about reservations. None needed. Not the case when I found out the day before reservations indeed needed.
I had to call around the area I don’t know (but Unilocal search helped) & found a place off grounds. It worked out but not happy with that.
My bad, in retrospect I should have called every few weeks and inquired. So to you reader, keep that in mind. TY

Buffet was an addition for staying at the Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel and the Halloween Haunt Package.
It is smaller buffet menu but it includes: oatmeal, cereals, scrambled eggs, denver scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, assortment of danishes (boysenberry danish), and fruit. I love anything boysenberry especially since it was a hybrid berry first farmed by Walter Knott. I’m not a huge breakfast eater so this selection was perfect.
Choice of drinks (apple or orange juice, coffee and milk) with the buffet unless you order cranberry juice than that is extra. Decorated for Knott’s Spooky Farm. Very quaint and nice staff. Carmen was my waitress and Rebekah was the hostess both greeted me with smiles.

Jackie at the bar made us the most delicious drinks. We ordered one of everything off of the special halloween themed drinks! The best!!!

Not sure about all the bad reviews. We ate there tonight and found it surprisingly good! My wife ordered the Grilled Chicken Tuscany and it was delicious. I ordered Baja Fajitas and they were also very good — a lot of flavor and huge portions. The kids had cheeseburgers and enjoyed them very much.
Service is decent — it’s a busy hotel. My observation is that the staff is doing the best they can. I will go back here when staying @ Knotts Berry Farm Hotel.

Maybe our server was new, maybe our chef was out of it, but both Breanna and the hotel services needs to get it together

Conveniently located and connected to the Knotts Hotel that’s all. We only ate breakfast but the food tasted fake, not good at all. No flavor and dry. Fruit was fresh and orange juice was great. Service was good. Coffee was okay but no flavored creamer.

They do serve «food» and its conveniently located for hotel patrons. After that… Its all bad. Dressed up bar food but the lazy from frozen kind. I ordered some Burger where the distinguishing thing was some fancy mayo. So, of course when the burger comes out ~ no mayo. I ask for it. And it comes out looking like it was from service two days ago. The onion on it was an «end». The Cole slaw… Bahhhh humbug. Finally we try to salvage the meal with dessert. And the brownie Alamode is on a cold brownie. (Sighhhhh) some of the staff was friendly.

Snoopy came to visit during the meal, which was my kids’ favorite part. I loved that they had a wide variety of vegetarian options. They offer kids free with purchase of a sandwich, salad, burger, or entrée (not pizza, not appetizers), but you do have to ask about it, which I think is a little annoying since the recording you get one the phone if they put you on hold repeats it over and over.
I made a reservation, and our table was ready on time, and we even had some space to ourselves, as they seated people throughout the restaurant instead of all close together. Expensive, but definitely a better deal than eating in the park.

Very surprised about the food here. We ordered pasta, Roman pizza, oriental salad, and nacho for appetizer. Everything was really good! Madeline our server was great, and happy to serve us. To think I almost wet to TGI Friday’s or the Claim Jumper! This was much better.

Great service, great customers (foreigners). First time here and I’m very satisfied over all… my bf loves it! :)

I have to say, for a hotel that serves an amusement park the buffet breakfast isn’t that bad.
Crispy bacon, not the paper thin kind, sausage patties, scrambled eggs and Denver scrambled eggs.
Orange juice, coffee, hash browns and a variety or pastries and cereals.
Loss of two stars for lengthy wait and no omelet station.

Ate here for breakfast in October. We received complimentary breakfast vochures because it was included in our Halloween Haunt package. The breakfast buffet was so good! It included eggs or eggs with cheese and veggies, sausage links, potatoes, French toast, muffins, milk/​cereal, coffee, and pastries. Everything was cooked really good. I would definitely go back here for breakfast. The buffet was so good that I went back for seconds on everything! Our service was good too, the waitress brought us our orange juice and waters. Also, during our breakfast Snoopy made an appearance and took pictures with some of the kids in the restaurant.
