Had a great experience! My hubby needed to get his suit tailored for wedding and of course he waited until the LAST minute! Took his suit in here and they told us it was a 3 day turn around. Perfect! The pricing was reasonable, the lady was sweet and very helpful. When we picked his suit up, it was perfect! No complaints here! They definitely have a return customer here! My mother has also had things tailored here and has been very pleased!!!

After assuring me that they could get the olive oil & balsamic vinegar stains out of a silk shirt, I returned and picked up the rest of my cleaning and was told that they were still working on my shirt. When I went back to pick it up it had holes in it at every place where stains had been. I am a reasonable person and know that accidents happens. I pointed the holes out expecting an apology and maybe my cleaning that time comped. The shirt was expensive but I didn’t expect full reimbursement, just something … anything. What happened next was unbelievable. I was flatly told that was how I brought the shirt in. When I said the shirt was ruined and unwearable, they made up that they’d cleaned a camisole for me that I had clearly worn under the silk shirt to hide the holes (I don’t own a cami). When I tried to point out that they’d kept the shirt to work on it they both started calling me a liar. I was shocked. I have never, ever been treated so disrespectfully by anyone.
From the two other reviews, I know that this is their MO if they damage anything. Despicable people. They do not deserve our business.
